Subway is a popular restaurant in Brockville. The staff is exceptional, generous with condiments, and helpful with coupons. The serving and eating area is clean, and the staff is very friendly. Even when busy with long lines and multiple call-in orders, they maintain a good pace and are polite. However, there is no wheelchair accessible parking visible. The online orders can cause delays, but the subs are excellently prepared, with the perfect amount of sauce and veggies, thanks to recommendations from the staff. An employee named Kuber showed kindness by keeping a lost phone safe for a customer. Overall, the location is great, and many would eat from here again.
