Our server, Averie, provided excellent service. She was very attentive to our needs yet not pushy. She had a very positive way about her & seemed to really enjoy her job. We’ve been to many Swiss Chalets however, this one is our favourite, by far!

A friend and I went for dinner here 2 days ago. It was 32 degrees and we wanted to sit in air condtioning while eating. My friend had gift cards.about to expire so we used them. She had the rib special and I had a roast beef dinner. We just had water for our beverage. Our food came nice and hot and lots of it. We sstayed about an hour eating and relaxing before leaving.Our waitree wasbone of the first ones from when the place opened. She was very friendly and efficient It was a great way to cool down before returning home. We would go back again especially since their 2 can dine is back on for $19.99 until October. Good hot delicious food and lots of it. No room for.dessert. Good food, great price.

I ordered the family of 4 bundle and my chicken was not fully cooked went back to get a new one and the one guy there gave me a hard time saying it’s cuase I r was dark meat it was not it was in cooked and remind you this was for me my fiancé And are 8 year old and are 1 year old children this was so unacceptable!!! They lost my service!!
