Went to the Tim Hortons in brockville 77 William Street Saturday November 16 around 6:30 PM. there was no line up and the female worker (white early twenties) was flirting with customers who already paid and received their order. She ignored me waiting at the cash for 5 minutes so I walked out. Maybe she should spend less time flirting and engaging in promiscuous conversation with the regulars and do the job she is getting paid to do. Will never go back to that location.

Coffee was ok, but an employee was screaming at a new hire over a simple mistake and talking down to them in front of myself and the 3 other customers in line the entire time I was there. That doesn't make for a good experience for customers OR a good training process for the new employee.

Wow, just wow. Absolutely shocked at the attitude of the staff. I was just trying to place an order and I was being ignored. I politely spoke up and got snapped at. With an attitude saying she's only human and what do I want. I said nothing, and left. Go to the Timmies up the road. The quality is better anyways. That's what I get for going with the convenient location.
