0/2. We were in town overnight for a funeral and stopped in for lunch yesterday. I added cheese to one sandwich, and was charged for it but never received it. I also ordered the turkey Thanksgiving sandwich and the bun was so burnt it was rock hard and they also did not omit the cranberries as requested. This morning I ordered a loaded bacon egg wrap and a loaded sausage egg box, I received two farmers wraps and a sausage egg box with maple syrup. The staff don’t seem to care about their jobs or customers and can be seen wiping their nose with their hand while working and the staff swearing at one another and using disrespectful and unprofessional body language. This is the worst location I have seen in a long time and I have already warned all of the other family members from out of town to avoid it, and a local family member laughed and said “you should only go to that one coffee”.

There website says dining room is open to 11 was asked to leave at 10 I could not take my laptop bag into the washroom when i came in .i put bag in the van used the wasroom then got my bag ordered then used the dinning room

Went this morning, looooong line up, I was in the drive through for maybe 5 minutes, they powered through that lineup like it was nothing!! Quick! And so kind! My drinks AND food were perfect! Thank you so much for your incredible work guys!!!

This location is on my way to work. Its a great and convenient location for me but about 70% of the time I've been there they have messed up my order. I've had to repeat what I've wanted several times very clearly but they still mess it up. I would think that they would be able to at least do their job right half the time but they clearly have no integrity in their job. It is common knowledge that in brockville this location is horrible at serving customers. I dont know why no higher ups have intervened to replace or educate the staff on how to do their jobs. Very disappointed and embarrassed for them. I give up and will not be returning again.
