Our second visit to a Tim Hortons and enjoyed our coffee, due to the Mad Red Hater will not be having coffee from an American coffee company anytime soon. Will look out for a Tim Horton in the UK on my return.

Beautiful almost fall day, our for a drive and thought it was time to try a pumpkin spice iced latte. Service was friendly and quick. As qw go around the corner and on to 401 I took my first sip...nothing...give it a swirl....still nothing. No pumpkin spice taste...just a plain iced latte. Can't turn around now....very disappointed.

Paid for my coffee today then waited...... and waited... while the person behind the counter pushed down the garbage bare-handed, ran his hands thru his sweaty hair, opened up a new sleeve of cups and pulled one out with his fingers inside the cup. I walked away. Absolutely disgusted with what I saw. I am not from the area, will never be back to the area in the foreseeable future but for the sake of those who go here, train your staff on safe food handling practices.
The place was full of flies and the coffee machine was completely broken
What is happening to this place? A double double is a standard drink and DD should be written on the cup to assure customers their order was correct.
I had delivery of a double double and only D was on the cup. Now i have to put my own sugar into my take out coffee.
Keep your standard correct or we will just go elsewhere

First not all of the service is bad. Several of the ladies are amazing and so friendly. The manager on the other hand is not so nice. Next to no customer service skills, rude, does not lead by example. Demanding of staff who are already busy enough. She spends more time running for smoke breaks than actually working. Counter staff are swamped and she is just wandering around and going out smoking. The morning staff are amazing and service is quick. Only negative aspect is the management.

Customer service was great but unfortunately coffee tasted blend.
Didn't order any donuts as flies and bees were inside the display shelf. Toilet cleanliness need to be addressed.

Unfortunately, this location isn’t what it used to be. My orders are often incorrect, even when I repeat them clearly. The serving sizes also feel skimpy. The drinks are frequently not filled to the top, and the whipped cream portions are noticeably smaller compared to other Tim Hortons locations. Overall, the consistency and attention to detail here could use improvement. Gave 2 stars because the staff is polite.

Aug 22 7:50pm nice guy was by himself when buddies was doing garbage. But the coffee was burnt. Definition of burnt when coffee has been sitting there too long on high heat or hasn't been changed. When In twice. It's my mistake anyways going there a night. Ohhh ya and hand cream or perfume on the lid. Hence don't wear your perfume or hand cream WHEN DEALING WITH FOOD OR BEVERAGES. It's not hard. Anyways it's my fault that I keep going to you guys anyways. I mean this falls on deaf ears anyways. This is really concerning we're not going to do anything but it's really concerning. Lol 🤦

I heard many times that supervisors were unprofessional and correcting employes right in front of customers. This time I have witnessed it (Saturday July 12th around 11:15AM) and this is totally unprofessional and not only that, when I said something to her about not being professional I got attitude and told to mind my business. I choose to spend my money there so it is somewhat my business. I think management needs to review their policy for being supervisor and treatment of their young staff and paying customers.
