Popped in early this morning on our way back to Toronto. We all ordered and headed on our way.
Got on the highway and opened my cheddar bagel 🥯 that I ordered with cream cheese and what a colossal disappointment that was 😑
There is barely a scraping of cream cheese on this bagel. I'm not asking for much simply some cream cheese.
I tried eating it but had to throw it out as it was just too dry and unappealing.
I fail to understand why Tim Hortons cannot set a standard on portion sizing and have all the restaurants follow suit.
A complete waste of money ordering a meal and having it not live up the standard you expect.
Very unimpressed. As for my French vanilla.....tastes like hot water and nothing else

Our second visit to a Tim Hortons and enjoyed our coffee, due to the Mad Red Hater will not be having coffee from an American coffee company anytime soon. Will look out for a Tim Horton in the UK on my return.

Beautiful almost fall day, our for a drive and thought it was time to try a pumpkin spice iced latte. Service was friendly and quick. As qw go around the corner and on to 401 I took my first sip...nothing...give it a swirl....still nothing. No pumpkin spice taste...just a plain iced latte. Can't turn around now....very disappointed.

Love Tim Hortons ! It's the only Canadian way to go !!! It just all depends on what Tim Hortons you go to.
Paid for my coffee today then waited...... and waited... while the person behind the counter pushed down the garbage bare-handed, ran his hands thru his sweaty hair, opened up a new sleeve of cups and pulled one out with his fingers inside the cup. I walked away. Absolutely disgusted with what I saw. I am not from the area, will never be back to the area in the foreseeable future but for the sake of those who go here, train your staff on safe food handling practices.

What is happening to this place? A double double is a standard drink and DD should be written on the cup to assure customers their order was correct. I had delivery of a double double and only D was on the cup. Now i have to put my own sugar into my take out coffee. Keep your standard correct or we will just go elsewhere
