Employee was so rude, menu does say what teas they have so i just asked politely how many types of tea you guys have , she rudely said what tea you want i told her i dont know what tea you guys have but she kept saying what do you want and keep rolling her eyes. I clearly dont know that why i asked. Very BAD

My partner and I went there for breakfast yesterday morning and we were given excellent customer service. Our breakfast was taking awhile so we were asked by Ola to park in the parking lot. He promptly brought out our food with a smile and a have a good weekend. He was kind, professional, and prompt. We had a great experience and would recommend this Tim Hortons.

This is my second time coming here to redeem my points to get a chilli and they don't have anymore that is not right it's only 2:13 in the afternoon and they are out of Chilli unreal. How do you stay in business.

Tim Hortons used to always be run by much older women who were always happy to serve you! Tell you good morning ask you how you are and always have the best coffees made! This last month alone I’ve gone to this location every single morning for coffee I’d get a large decafe 2 milk and a large TT. Almost every time I’ve got this order there would either be no milk, burnt coffee, cold coffee, what taste like watered down coffee I don’t understand that one but thats the quality of product I’ve been receiving! The customer service since the new Canadians have been working is no longer hello how’s your day or good morning any bit of joy now it’s here’s your burnt coffee your total is 2 dollars bye now!

I mean that statement without a single bit of racism nor to single them out as a race just to make aware that maybe they need more or better training to learn how to make quality product and customer service!

I know math in the morning might be hard for some people, but it's not hard to give somebody your change back or do the mental mess to figure out that they've tipped themselves. $3 and instead giving you a handful of quarters and nickels to make it look like you got all your change back, to top it off. Muffin in the morning really isn't appealing or appetizing?

First time at this Tim Hortons and was served by an individual named Penny. I have to say I witnessed her interactions with other customers and she was just absolutely lovely with the locals and myself as well. Really nice to see people like her at the counter.

they never have anyone working the counter even when there is 8 people all working the drive through an when you do get someone working they never listen to what you order an make it there way.. i order a chicken sandwhich without the sauce beceause i am highly allergic to the sauce they put on it an when i got home to find out the sauce was put on it an if i have took a bite without looking .... there could of been a huge lawsiut towards them ......... PEOPPLE learn to listen to the orders
