Based on other Tim Hortons this place ran smooth for a coffee shop. No complaints
I went through fast and it was busy
Bad experience. Especially with employee Cary . Fully descrimination . Firstly please tell her behave well with customers . The way of giving coffee was rude and disrespectful. She not gave coffee . She gaving like she would throw it . Cannot be tolerate .

I put up with it. Not a great experience. Girl behind the counter-0 communication skills. Opened the bag and wrong order. Asked Mgr what closing time was, and she just barked the time at me. If I don't want a moody mgr and an upset stomach I'll avoid the TH next to Staples and go to one over by Food Basics in Brockville.
Went tonight to get a coffee. Little girl with glasses is extremely rude. And loves to talk instead of make coffees. Said thank you to the other person working got ignore. Curious as well is the dinning area closed at a certain time. Or is it only employees friends that get to hang out.
Service s was not good very rude when I asked for my food after wait 5 mins for a donut was 2 weeks ago in store on a Friday midafternoon

It's the second time in two weeks. We do an order on the boards at the entrance, and there's always something wrong. First time we had to go to the counter after a 20 min wait to see where I order was. Then they tell us it's sitting on the counter for mobile orders. So we waited for nothing. First it wasn't a mobile order. It was ordered in store. Why do they ask to put in our name if no one is calling it.
Second time, last week. We ordered again at the board in store. Paid for it. Everything went good. Except no receipt came out.
After 10 min we decided to check at the counter. The order never went through but they got the payment. So we had to order again at the counter trying to remember what we ordered. They messed up the order anyway. My wife to the counter to mentionned that they should check the boards. Shexanswered very rudely that they where check last week and everything is fine. So we just left and never going back to this Timmies.

Fast drive through service.
This store sure has gone downhill. Very very slow drive thru, out of things earlier than any other timmies in the area. Staff do not look happy there. It is Especially bad if you work early and you go through at 5-6am. I sure hope management becomes aware of the staff issues. This morning my husband went through and the staff were in a very loud aggressive fight! It was terrible and he almost drove away, but one came to the window with his coffee still screaming at the other while handing him his drink. He is NEVER going back this time. Just a horrible atmosphere for customers

Verbatim conversation between 2 TH colleagues (male working at the cashier and female preparing other orders) speaking in front of customers lined up while waiting to be served: Male: "You don't have to throw that away, it was literally just a millisecond. Female: "We're gonna get in trouble for that." Male: "What are we gonna get in trouble for?" Male colleague also charged us incorrectly for soup after we both confirmed to skip the soup altogether. Male worker has attitude issues to top this all off.
