Everyone is extremely friendly, always on the ball when it comes to splitting drive thru and front. They always ask how the customer is doing and promote new products very well. I've definitely went in for a coffee and came out with some new treat as well. Love this place.

Stood waiting and was not greeted nor did they make eye contact while I waited in a 8 foot square storefront inside the convenience store. Some working some cleaning. Clearly there was an off duty staff person between the store counter and TH counter grabbing away on her phone loudly and coughing all over the serving area. I left.

I've been to this location on 3 occasions in the past month or so. I ordered a pizza and was notified they aren't making pizza, I visited again only to get the same answer again.i now just left again because it's 4pm in September and they did not have any Chilli made or being prepped. The employees are loud, yelling and cackling and cursing. I will NEVER visit this location again not even for the half clean bathrooms which are probably only clean for their extended breaks
Always fairly clean. Service is quick when inside as well as through the drive. Been coming here for about 7 yrs approximately. Bathrooms are always near and tidy when I have had to use them.
Parking: Williams street Timmy’s. usually have parking when I have been here.
Kid-friendliness: Always brought my kids here even as they got older

SUNDAY JUN9 6:55AM 2 people working this morning male at the drive thru cash and a girl making the coffee. 2 of the best tim horton employee I've ever encountered. You guys are awesome.?
