HEALTH CODE VIOLATION!!! It also ended up making me sick the next morning I would not reccomend this place at all 😕😕

Walked in hubby went to the volunteer waited over 7 min no acknowledgement. No one in drive through. Walked out. 10:32 am. I can understand nwhy everyone is giving less than a star

We bought 3 crispy chicken sandwiches and one of them was fully raw. My daughter ate half of it before we realized it. It was so disgusting. I don’t understand how their quality control allows this to happen. When we told the cashier, she gave us our money back but my concern is more around how something like this is even possible. Luckily my daughter didn’t get sick.

The worst experience I ever had was at this Wendy’s in Brockville me and my grandmother stopped in to get some food on Christmas Eve morning so I parked and me and my grandmother started walking in however before we could get to the door A extremely rude employee came running out of the store, shouting at us that they are closed and not opening until 10:30 chasing the two of us back into my truck Felt like we were being completely chased off the property Never gonna go back there again I wish I got the employee’s name, but she was too quick to have us leave

Super fast. Super fresh and friendly service. Love that they offer a 15% military discount. Clean eating area and the restroom was very clean as well

Went through drive-through tonight at around 11pm ordered a Dave's triple with only cheese and ketchup a large chili and a small fry. When I got home my fries where extremely cold and tasted like they sat there for a long time and extremely salty. The chili was fine then I unwrap the burger to find out my burger had everything on it. So now had to drive all the way back (10min drive) and I go through drive-through and told them I ordered and told them my burger was wrong the person then asks me what I want her to do about it and I told her in a frustrated tone to remake it and told her again exactly what I want on it. She then tries to charge me for it again and now I am upset and told her I am not paying for it and drove to the window she basically throws the burger at me and says here's your burger and I gave her back the other burger and said here is your burger and left. Anyway not sure what happened to this place but costumer service is horrible and I will definitely not be returning.

Cashier was extremely nice, and great at her job. The manager for whatever reason was completely rude to her in front of me for punching my order in right. “She thought it was wrong” Completely disrespectful, and to yell at her in front of customers is unprofessional. You guys need to change managers if that’s how she’s going to treat the staff. I feel bad for that worker

the food is always pretty tasty but the issue is they almost always mess up the order, constantly forgetting to put things in the bag or putting ingredients you asked them not to... disappointing

I use to enjoy going to Wendy's, however since the tariffs started and the only thing Canadian about Wendy's is the beef, lettuce and tomatoes I have stopped going. Fries and buns are front the U.S., time to pass.

Located very conveniently on the highway, a very welcoming Wendy's unlike any I have visited before. It was 50th Anniversary and everyone was very humble, polite and courteous.
