“I like Papa John's Pizza. I like how the pizza taste and how the toppings on the pizza is presented. I like how it comes with their signature jalapeno pepper on the side along with their buttery garlic dipping sauce. Mmmm delicious. Just be careful when ordering on the app. Make sure you to check the store location that you would like to order from. I accidentally order pizza that I previously purchased at another store location and it sent my order over there. Luckily I had relatives that live near that store location and they enjoy a free meal on me. Too bad the app can't notify me that my current location is not anywhere near the Papa John's Store closest to me or letting me know that my pickup location needs my attention.”

“Owner is super kind and courteous. The food is the best in the region. I love the long dry ribs, reminiscent of a spot in Whitby we loved growing up. Portions are absurdly generous. Try it!”

All staff around us went beyond reasonable expectations, demonstrating so much patience and making efforts to accommodate some irregular requests. The staff was so considerate and helpful, I can begin to explain how helpful it was in a stressful situation. Their kindness did not go unnoticed … service was top notch - food was alright - mashed potatoes were terrible but otherwise, would recommend ! Thank you.”

“We had the spinach dip, well good I don't think it was broiled enough or warm enough. The service was lacking, we asked three times for more pita to use with the dip, the waitress walked by 5 or 6 times and kept saying it's coming but it never came. We were disappointed with the service so instead of ordering more, we paid our bill and left. The service was very much lacking.”

“We decided to stop by the restaurant on Canada Day and were very pleased! They gave us a cozy and charming table with sofa seating - it was comfortable and pleasant to be there. The service was excellent: we were served by Luke, who was very polite, attentive, and friendly - thank you to him for the great care. The food was a solid four - tasty and nicely presented, though there's still a bit of room for improvement. Overall, it was a lovely evening and we left with a great impression!”
