I ordered Uber Eats a couple days ago and I was missing a part of my order. I called the store and the person I talked to was so helpful. I went to the store today and the girl I talked to on the phone was there and gave me the missing part of my order plus a free loaf of bread of my choice! COBS Bread, Brooklin is a great place to get breads and buns. We tried their traditional, cranberry orange and Apple cinnamon hot cross buns during the Easter long weekend and they taste awesome. The showers so friendly, they also offered samples to taste.

This was my first trip to Cobbs and I'm blown away by the friendly staff. Of course the products are delicious but what's making me want to go back is the exceptional customer service. I visited COBS Brooklin this morning as I had to pop into Longo’s. I was in to get a treat for my one son off to hockey. The staff were very friendly and I was offered a sample of a hot cross bun. Apple and cinnamon- yum! I grabbed a couple of family favs white chocolate and berry scones and some chocolate croissants. Fresh and delicious! It was a lovely experience, I wish you continued success in your business. You are a great addition to our Brooklin community

The owner/manager should consider themselves lucky to have a team member that motivated.My parents are big fans of Cobs Bread, and it was my first time going with them.
