Great picturesque boat ride through Pigeon, Little Ball, Big Ball! Well worth the ride to Bellys!!

great atmosphere however no options for vegetarians. Only fries. Washrooms were not cleaned from day before. Came before it opened and had to use restroom but staff did not seem happy to help.
Go to kawartha country wines instead for great wine and pizza…you will not be disappointed.

We're locals always looking for a new place to try. Absolutely fabulous first lunch with really great flavour profiles! This is well-done homemade food so I felt the prices were on point. I'd recommend the chicken tenders, fish tacos and smash burger.

Unfortunately the service was very slow. It was explained that new staff were being trained. So much of the wait time issue could be solved with a small standard chip basket (or similar) for each table. Many restaurants do this to keep their clients happy (and drinking) when they know that the kitchen takes a little longer with orders.

Drinks were pricey and inconsistent. Most cocktails were served in large plastic glasses but ours came in small tumblers that held about half as much and were packed to the brim with ice. Not good value in my mind.

Seriously hoping for the kinks to be ironed out. I love to see local businesses thrive...especially when the food is so darn good!!!

Packed and busy, bit of a wait with a warning. Great food! 'Dirty' fries were a hit. Belly's banger made a great thrist quencher. Quality burgers and chicken

We recently went to enjoy dinner and live music on the lake with our young Labrador retriever for our first visit to Belly’s. We loved the vibe and the music, staff were great and even brought over a bowl of water for our dog which was awesome. Unfortunately the wait time to get our food was terrible. We ordered a salad and poutine, which took nearly 2hrs to arrive at the table. This wasn’t unique to us as we heard similar complaints from tables around us. Once our food did arrive it was decent but didn’t stand out from other local restaurant’s. When leaving we did notice a sign warning about wait times, unfortunately it seemed kind of tucked away. Perhaps it would be better up front next to the wait to be seated sign. If you can handle a long wait the environment is great especially with live music. We will likely give Belly’s another go during less busy times or perhaps come to just enjoy a few drink when a live band is on because we did enjoy the environment and how dog friendly they were.

Stopped in for a drink and some apps. Great host, great food and cottage atmosphere. What a hidden gem, will definitely be back!

This is a hidden gem. Cute lakeside patio with a great menu and a fun atmosphere. Next time I'm in the area I'll definitely be back.

I used to live in this area, haven't been there in years, but I'm organizing a family trip and making a list of new restaurants to eat at. Does anyone know if this is the old Pluard's Landing & store? I'd like to visit as many places as possible while visiting. Belly's is new to me but I'd like to try it. Thanks to anyone who can answer and help!
