I was confused by the name of the resto - my husband and I were expecting Caribbean food. We decided to try anyway. We were disappointed with the food. My habanero chicken wrap was basically a wrap with 3 breaded chicken tenders, with brown rice and beans and maybe 3 jalapeño peppers. My husband’s shami wrap was ok but didn’t like the fries in the actual wraps. I think the menu items are overpriced. The milkshake prices are ridiculous - under $9?! At least we can say we tried it and not going back.
To the owner: I am not insulting your food, this is just a review/opinion of what we ate. It seems there are inconsistencies on comments of your restaurant. I am not the only one who has the same opinion.

Perfect spot to eat after a swim at Sandy beach, or berry picking at McLeans. Lobster rolls, fish tacos and Kebab rolls make this a one of a kind chip truck! My 6 year olds want to come back!

My husband and I found this place by chance while looking for a place to have lunch. I ordered the fish tacos and my husband ordered the chicken habanero wrap. Both dishes were delicious! Also, service was kind and friendly! 10/10 ?
I recently dined there and was blown away by the food! The lobster roll was fresh, succulent, and perfectly seasoned—the best I’ve ever had. The shami wrap was equally amazing, filled with tender, flavorful meat and spices.
I highly recommend Buckhorn Island Grill for anyone looking for a fantastic meal. I can’t wait to return and try more amazing foods.

What a delightful surprise and a ‘Must Stop Here’ kind of experience! This place is a true gem and the food was fabulous. Fresh cut wedges to die for, gorgeous lobster roll and the Shami wrap was in a category of its own - plus REAL milkshakes!!! It’s obvious that Sarah (the owner) loves to cook - thank goodness she’s taken over the business!! We’ll definitely be back!

We went this week for the lobster roll. Delish! Fresh and light, lots of lobster and not over shadowed by mayo (which we’ve had in the past). Great bun, tasty friends and lovely, prompt service. Will be back!!
