The food was great if you love a side off painfully rude servers. The amount of side eyes and rude comments we received is insane. We waited for ever to be seated, had to ask for menus, then had to wait so much longer for our food. At that point we asked for it to just be boxed up because we were done with the service.

This place must rock during the summer! Its got great scenery, and delicious food. The service was excellent and she was very busy and on her own...she still smiled and did her job great. The cream of chicken and veg soup was soooo good!

2 visits, 2 experiences... Spring visit was attentive, fast, and delicious, fall was non attentive, slow, and underwhelming (our senior guest was served 15 minutes after everyone else! No attempt to rectify). My burger was ruined by the processed cheese.... Real cheddar would have made all the difference. Spinach dip was 95% cream cheese and only 5% spinach. Easy menu fixes if anyone with controling interest reads this 😁.

Our first time here and it didn't disappoint. The view from the patio was beautiful on lock 31! Our server, Sheila, was very friendly. The restaurant was quite busy at the time but the two ladies working did a good job. We like that it is dog friendly oitside

The service was so slow the girls that sat us at dirty table and chairs ask if there was any special she didn't know that either, the food was awesome slow coming to table the waitress we did get was great but she was not a first waitress

Not so great! Too bright by the window. They need to get some roller blinds. All the seats are hard and the atmosphere is dark black and awful. Would never go back. They do have e outside seating.
Great place for great food great prices beautiful view on the water & beautiful boats on the lock system staff is very friendly outgoing very hardworking professional people that run this place food is always made great taste great been coming to this place for 16 years as my lunch/dinner stop from Buckhorn highly recommend

Tremble service!! Once seated plan to wait awhile before they return to your table. This is our fifth time on a Wednesday wing special night and three girls working the patio. 15 minute wait to order a drink and 30 minutes to get our wrong order wings, another 15 minutes to receive under cook wings. In total seven of us at three tables and all of us had issues that clearly was due to bad management or supervision!

Buckhorn has a very limited offering of places to eat. Main Street landing is the largest of these. Food is acceptable, but not great. Service is acceptable, but not great. It's most significant attraction is the outdoor seating facing the canal and lake - on a sunny day, it's beautiful.
