I rarely eat fast food. However when I do,I crave a teen burger and onion rings!! My order was fast,delicious and my customer service was awesome! Such a happy crew.

Beyond slow. Came here for sweet potato fries only and it took 28 minutes. The girl making them and the other girls looked like it was their first time making fries. Seriously , wake up or get another job. I’m sure teenagers can do this job much more faster and with competence . Shame on you for such brutal service

Please avoid this location. Some serious concerns with the people working here, making the food and following the health regulations in Ontario. Absolutely disgusting serving chicken that has been sitting for hours, brown lettuce. Not a clue how to handle customers . They are completely clueless. I hope the health inspectors look into this location.

Suggest avoiding this one. First time I had a coupon for breakfast sandwich and hash brown. They were out of hash browns so said they would give me fries instead. They then tried to charge me for the fries, because “they don’t allow substitutions”. Second time they had a breakfast deal for $3.99. I asked for a medium coffee and they charged me for the full price meal rather than just an up-size charge. The food has also gone downhill, while the prices keep going up. Shame, used to be one of the better fast food restaurants. Will not return.
