I used to have my dinner at more than 30 A & W stores, Today by 4.20 AM I drove to drive thru, placed an order, Tha indian girl shouted more than THREE times that wait at the order screen, dont pull out to window just because her order screen time is running high!!! WHAT NONSENCE!! By 4.20 no one at the store and she says time is running, I understand the items take time to fry , nothing to do with that. Why management cant focus on customer service!! Someone woke up early and went A & W just to here loud NONSENSE!!
I would respect if there is any policy, requested management to just response with the article information.

I used this place for six months. After that, I was diagnosed with stomach ulcer. After that, I went through 4 months of treatment and did not use the place. Then I felt better. I was not sure of the reasons, so I went there again and used it for only two days. Now I feel all the same symptoms of a stomach ulcer again. Seriously guys, don't go there, don't kill yourself.

Chicken strips appear to be regular cuts of chicken breast on the pictures shown online but the meat is actually the cheap blended paste style. Also quite pricy for fast food, you're better off going somewhere else for much better food for only a little more.

Came by on Wednesday August 20th 2025 at approximately 6:15 pm Served by a young man with a dark Turban. This was a drive thru order. Asked for no pickle no onion on my 2 burgers. He gave me 2 straws for one drink, zero napkins and both burgers had onion and pickle. After he gave me the bag he gave me a dirty look. So I would say he did it on purpose. Felt like racism to me. I plan on taking this up the chain of command

Pretty disgusted in the fact that this location is trying to charge $20 for a beyond meat combo through delivery services. Wondering if it was a mistake, I check other delivery services for this locations and sure enough, it's the same price throughout. So sick of businesses price gouging vegan items.
