The cashier was so rude. Omg! She has to audacity to talk to customers in such a way, this is just so disappointing. I was waiting for my online order and there was no line up at all & she said come back in 5min, so I waited on the side and she is like…go, come back in 5min. Ridiculous! Never going back again.

Bare hands touching ready-to-eat food is restricted in Ontario. We ordered 2 All Canadian breakfasts. Toast was wet, eggs raw and the cooks were using bare hands touching the food. HARD PASS.

Went with my friend and she ate half her burger before realizing there was mould. I hadn’t started yet but there was so much more mould on mine. She saved me by noticing. This is completely unjustifiable when it comes to food safety. When asking for money back, they refused to compensate because there was no manager. They should have called the manager or the manager’s manager and had them approve. My friend had to demand a refund over and over to get one. I will never go back to this location. There is no concern for safe food handling.

BEWARE!!! The server asked me 5 times if I wanted a replacement after eating a moldy sandwich after i repeatedly asked i just wanted my money back. And they have cold fries. A location that sent me to the bathroom. I felt sick all night and into the following day. Never going back.

Brought a coupon for a $9.49 meal deal, and asked to sub the teen burger for a mozza (which is noted as possible on the back of the coupon). The girl at the cash was very confused and had to ask for help. I explained it said on the back of the coupon but she wouldn’t look at it and waited for someone else. The other girl who came out to assist said she wasn’t sure if they could do that - even though I have done this before (even at this location) so once again I noted it says on the back of the coupon. She rang it up and the total came to around $16. I informed them that didn’t make any sense and they insisted repeatedly that was just because of tax. Very frustrating experience so I left instead of ordering.
This is the best A&W location in Burlington. Burger was hot and fresh, Onion rings were crisp and hot from the fryer and not over seasoned. Service was friendly and with a smile. This location also hires locals and has a diverse staff. This location is my new go-to for A&W.
