Putting this message to ask you to update your timing. Yesterday I tried to reach by 10 pm but ended reaching 10:05 pm so it was closed. Today I reached at 9:40 pm it's still closed, whereas the timing says it open till 10 pm. Driving 25 km for this, we have need disappointed.

Worst experience ever. They wouldn’t let a 4 year old sample their icecream. The lady was worried about the kids touching her glass window the icecream and when I asked them why Crema Di Gelato was closed they pretended not to know anything. Clearly jealous of the success of Crema Di Gelato. I actually came for Crema Di Gelato and found them closed so I checked out Alia’s Gelato and Cafe and didn’t feel comfortable at all. Do yourself a favour, if you’re going to have some icecream, have the real deal and go next door to Crema Di Gelato, the best tasting Gelato I’ve ever had in my life.
For the price, I would expect a little more courtesy from the staff.

I come here often in the summer. Owner is super nice always and the gelato is incredible no matter which flavour. Definitely the best gelato downtown!

Edit: the owner replied to my post saying I am a fake account. Instead of evaluating on how the quality of product and customer service that you serve, accusing customers of being fake is classic. No I am not a fake account. I can show you my receipt. May be the owner have fake people posting great reviews without having the gelato.
This was the worse gelato that I have ever had, it didn't have any flavor only sugar. For the price the portion was tiny. I got a medium but half of the cup was air, they didn't even give me full cup of gelato. If you want to have good gelato this is not the place. Disappointing portion, gelato lacking in flavour and subpar service. I would not recommend.
