I get shrinkflation, but this is just sad for a signature roast beef sandwich. Cold meat, cold bun that had been left in the air for too long (I used to work in fast food, I know the texture well). Meat piled in a chunk in the middle. Two packs of Horsey sauce but no Arby’s sauce after asking for both. Speaker was broken in the drive through. Guy at the window was polite and friendly though.

We had our first visit to Arby's Burlington 2015 after many years... and years! All of the staff was very nice, busy, hard working and the quality was fresh and great!! My wife and I had a great, quick dine in experience!!!
Would we go again to Arby's Burlington to support a local business and its workers?! Hell yeah! Keep up the good work!! :)

The food was as expected, ultra processed goodness. The service, i won't compare it to that in India where I've happily visited a number of times... it was non existent.
I’ve visited this restaurant before, but sadly, the service has gone downhill. The staff now all seem to be from one country, which is a noticeable change from the diverse team they had previously. While that’s not inherently a problem, the overall quality and professionalism have definitely slipped.
The cleanliness was a major issue. The dining area wasn’t well maintained, and the washroom was genuinely appalling—dirty, poorly stocked, and clearly used by staff before they went back to preparing food. That’s extremely concerning. If the visible areas are this neglected, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like behind the scenes.

This Arbys branch has changed significantly since my previous visits. I noticed that the staff now appears to be composed entirely of individuals from a single nationality, which has altered the atmosphere. Additionally, the cleanliness standards have declined—the garbage bins were overflowing, and the washrooms were not well maintained. I had hoped to enjoy my visit as I once did, but unfortunately, the experience fell short.
