I don't know why this place is the butt of jokes. I am a beef lover and I love the beef here. Sure it's processed beef but it's tasty. Sometimes more tasty than roast beef at other places. I come here from Toronto when I can and know of others that do too.

Well trained and knowledgeable staff. I asked for Jr Buffalo Chicken Burger and she suggested me to get combo for an exclusive price. Well it was damn tasty, felt juicy with each bite. Their curly fries ? are my all time favorite. Neat and Clean Dining area. I tried dine in for the first time and was fabulous experience. Multiple varieties at condiments station.
Love this Arby's in particular....they used to keep a things of pickles for me after they stopped serving them. I have moved far away so I don't get to visit often, never disappoints, service, food, even packaging is always properly done. Thanks!

We are customers since years, this time Mathew has been apparently promoted who is absolutely not fit for the role. We ordered roast beef sandwiches, the first time my bun was soggy, they replaced it, Next time the beef was actually dripping like a tap. Hopeless. Never coming back ever and will tell our family and friends about our experiences.

I ordered a junior meal with Buffalo Chicken Burger and it was delicious. The chicken is crispy and the buffalo is good. The signature curly fries dipped with Arby's special horsey sauce is a divine combination. Love it.
I am pushing this review to a 5, when it probably should be a 4.25, because the food is better than McDonalds, Burger King, Tim Hortons, and most other fast food places. It is on par with Wendy's. The service has been outstanding every time we go (over a dozen times) (We drive up to an hour to go here). I put a slight ding on their atmosphere because although the outside and parking are really good to great, the inside seating area and bathroom is a wee bit dated. However, they are always clean here.
So the important items are there, hence the slight bump.
Unfortunately, it is only 1 of 2 Arby's left in the whole of Southern Ontario now. =(
Kid-friendliness: Nothing unsafe or weird, no play place, but still clean, tidy, and many sitting options.
