This bagel shop is amazing! The bagels are always fresh, perfectly chewy on the inside with just the right crisp on the outside. The flavors are spot-on, and the variety of spreads and toppings makes it impossible to choose just one favorite. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the service is quick even when it’s busy. You can really tell they care about quality. Hands down one of the best bagel spots around—highly recommend!

The food quality has taken a nose dive for the worst. We used to love it here and ordered all the time! The last 2 orders were not good at all. Not only are the sandwiches much sloppier than they used to be (not evenly distributed / not put together with care / half of the bagel will have no egg while the other half has 75% of the meat, etc) but also the bagel dogs were severely overcooked and seemed like they were a few days old. Rock hard and cannot bite into this stale food. Definitely not made fresh to order like they used to be so good! Very disappointed that this restaurant went downhill. It has to be new ownership or new management, because it’s consistently bad now when it used to be consistently awesome and used to be worth the high price for what it is. Do better. Get back the old manager or old processes because lately you’re just cutting corners with old food and sloppy “care”.

I've been here twice now and it's absolutely phenomenal. I used to get my bagels at JC bagels but I found their bagels a bit too heavy and dense. Started coming here to try theirs and they have very delicious New York style thinner bagels and less heavy. The bagels and sandwiches are cheaper and they're much more delicious. The service here is amazing. The bagels are thinner and less dense so they're not as filling and heavy. Getting six bagels from here has become my weekly routine. Also if you end up eating in the service is amazing anniversary friendly. Better than most high-end restaurants that I've been to. Cannot recommend this place enough. Probably my favorite bagels anywhere.
