I work in the same plaza and come here during my lunch breaks a-lot. The food is really really good and I always enjoy it! The two workers Komal and Harman are very hardworking and so nice! They make my day everytime I go! 10/10 I love this place so much?

Not a complaint for the food, but service we recently received at Bar Burrito. I ordered dinner online, for pick up at 640pm. I arrived to find a man waiting at the pick up line in front of me, with one employee serving another family. 20 minutes later she apologized to the man (who had been waiting 40 minutes by this point). He had placed an online order, she had started making it but then stopped to service other customers coming in the door. She ended up throwing out his food and started again since it had been sitting around for so long.

Finally she got to me and explained that management told them that they must stop making online orders if a customer walks in the door.

By the time I got my food I had waited 45 minutes in the store. She proceeded to stop making my order to serve other customers who walked through the door. Yet I was standing right in front of her. This makes zero sense and if this in fact the policy, why bother having online order system at all?

Waiting 45 minutes for a burrito order is really just ridiculous and I'm not sure I''ll be back as a result. You likely lost the business of the man standing in front of me as well.
