Very frustrating as this store is never open when they say they will be. Not the first time I have gone after 11am and they are closed. Either change your hours or open on time to respect your customers time. I understand things happen but this is the 4th time they have not opened when their hours clearly state 11. I will now always go to #5 and walkers location. The owners are wonderful there

I have came here twice and would love to appreciate the dedicated employees who provided the best service! That doesn't mean it is the best place to go, gives off a toxic environment thats why I wouldn't recommend going here AT ALL. For the sake of hardworking employee who ACTUALLY deserve better work environment, this isn't a place for anyone to go to. I truly believe that the intention in which the food is made affects the taste of the food, because this place exploits their workers (employees), it ultimately affects the food. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU CARE FOR THE PEOPLE WHO MAKE AND SERVE YOUR ORDER.

Pravin does not pay employees, until the government steps in. If you’re an employee and have not gotten your paycheck, call labour board. Got my cheque the second I sent them out… after MONTHS of not getting paid. Thank you labour board!!

This place scoops balls of ice creamy goodness and serves it on a waffle cone. ?It is definitely one of those places that you are guaranteed to leave in much better spirits than when you arrived.Highly recommend.

Ordered from this location on uber tonight. Very expensive and the sizes have gotten so small! They completely missed / didn’t include one item.

Posted hours on the door note 11am until 9pm 7 days per week. Arrived at 11am on a Friday to order a cake for pick up. Store isn’t open until 1pm which I discovered only after going on Google to search the phone number to call. When I returned to place an order, I mentioned that it would be helpful to change the hours on the door (cling attachment on window, so could easily cut the 1 off to make it 1pm). Came to pick up the ordered cake at the specified time (2:10pm) and the door is locked with a little note saying “back in 5 minutes”. Finally at 2:24pm, the worker (owner?) comes over with a grocery cart from doing some shopping at Fortino’s. Very unprofessional. I will be finding another location to visit from now on.

I will not be purchasing from this baskin robbins again. This owner is unprofessional and should not be owning any businesses for the way he treats his employees and past employees. My cousin had received the job at this baskin robbins, and had come in for 3 days for training. The owner did not pay her for training and these shifts were long hours. He had fired my cousin with out reason and decided to not pay her because he fired her. It is illegal in Canada to hire to someone and not pay them for their services. After months of trying to get her paycheque, the owner would dogs her calls, text messages and emails to the point where he doesn’t show up at the store. My cousin had complained to him and stated that she will go to labour board about this so that it doesn’t happen to other workers. He began to yell at her and stated “Go ahead and call labour board on me”. It did not seem like he was fazed by what had occurred and did not care. This place should be torn down or replaced by a new owner, as this owner only cares about money and nothing else. Will report him to baskin robbins headquarters.

The owners were amazing as well as the customer service! Would come again!
