I love this place so much, I would eat here everyday if I could. The service is amazing, you will never find a kinder staff. I love the calm music, it adds to the cozy atmosphere. The food is amazing, the flavours are mouth watering. I aim to eat here anytime I'm in Burlington and am always bringing people here. Highly recommend if you love sushi, but even if you don't. Try the bibimbap.

Food prices are pretty good, really surprised by the quality and freshness of the food 10/10. I ordered a chicken teriyaki bento box. Service was also good, attentive and polite. I will definitely dine again. Also tempura was fried fresh without the batter being too oily or heavy.

I’ve visited many Japanese restaurants, but none compare to Bento Box. On my last visit, I ordered the salmon sashimi, beef gyoza, and their signature dynamite roll. The sashimi was some of the freshest fish I’ve ever had; delicate, and full of flavor. The beef gyoza had the perfect crunch with a savory filling, making it an excellent follow-up. But the star of the meal was the dynamite roll. Packed with flavor and impressively large, it absolutely deserves its place among their special maki rolls.
The service here is just as outstanding as the food. Every staff member is warm, friendly, and clearly hardworking. Bento Box has become my go-to spot, and I always recommend it to friends and family. Without hesitation, this is a 10/10 dining experience.

No trust the stars here. The sashimi really worse, fish is not fresh with weird smell, tempura also very bad, shrimp not fresh & greasy, California rolls also made from worse ingredients, this is the worst Japanese restaurant that I have had in Canada 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
