Absolutely Ridiculous! Never Going Back Again!
This place is a joke! I’ve been here FOUR times now, and every single time, the food takes forever to come out. Every single time I’ve had to wait at least 15 minutes longer than the promised time — today it was 25 minutes. 25 minutes!! Are you serious?? Do you even care about your online customers or delivery drivers? Apparently not, because once again, the food was ready way too late.

Why do I even bother? These big-name restaurants don’t give a damn about delivery orders. You prioritize seating in people and don’t care about the customers who are actually ordering online or the delivery drivers who are wasting their precious time waiting around. If you can’t handle online orders alongside the dine-in crowd, then SHUT YOUR SYSTEM DOWN. Seriously, if you’re not able to get orders out in a reasonable time frame, stop accepting online orders altogether.

As a delivery driver and a customer, this is a complete waste of time and money. If you want to keep people coming back, get your act together and actually respect your delivery timelines. Enough of this nonsense!

The Black Swan hosted our parent's 50th wedding anniversary and everything was perfect! The food was served hot and delicious with plenty for everyone. The servers and staff were friendly and helpful. I completely recommend this place for your next function. We also come here at local customers and always enjoy it.

Hidden gem. Great food, drinks, atmosphere. Staff is top notch. Don't miss out on this local pub.

We had a fantastic experience thanks to the bartender’s excellent service. My friend isn’t a beer drinker, and he went out of his way to offer samples and suggest drinks she might enjoy. His patience, knowledge, and friendly attitude really stood out and made our night even better.

Had a lovely afternoon at Blk Swan l. Tae was a lovly server, so socialable and attentive.

Horrible customer appreciation.. rude bar manager, rude bartender.. no respect for nice, decent respectful customers. Fights breaking out because men are over-served and women are disrespected… so disappointed and disgusted with this establishment.. will never go back. Shame on you
