Ordered strawberry sunshine and mango hurricane today. I hardly tasted strawberry and mango and found nothing but ice. Waste of money not worth it, very disappointed, will never buy again here

⭐️ Avoid This Location! ⭐️

I had a disappointing experience at this Booster Juice location that I feel compelled to share. My 12-year-old daughter purchased a smoothie and politely asked for it to be placed in a bag as she was riding her scooter. Unfortunately, the paper bag they gave her broke before she could even reach the corner of the plaza, causing her drink to spill.

She bravely returned to the store to explain the situation, but the employee flat-out refused to remake her smoothie. My daughter was visibly upset and ended up in tears. Thankfully, a kind customer stepped in and bought her another drink, showcasing what true customer service looks like.

I then visited the store to relay our experience to the manager. To my dismay, he informed me that it is company policy not to remake drinks, even when it was their faulty bag that caused the issue. As someone who has worked in customer service my entire life, I was appalled by the lack of responsibility and common sense displayed by the staff at this location.

Clearly, this store does not prioritize customer care, and it's unacceptable. I would advise others to think twice before visiting this store.

This is the most ridiculous place i've ever been. Staffs are extremely unprofessional and rude. doesn't know how to behave. This is the second time i have visited and this is the same exact situation happened. they made the order and left that on the counter without telling me that is mine.they started talking to each other.
Staff need to be trained how to behave with the customers

Had a fantastic experience at our local Booster Juice! My smoothie was absolutely perfect—fresh, delicious, and just the right consistency. The staff were excellent: the cashier and Arian, who made my smoothie, were both friendly, professional, and impressively efficient. The place itself is spotless and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. Overall, a top-notch visit. Highly recommended!

I came in the morning to grab a smoothie with my two boys and were greeted in a terrible manner. The two younger girls were absolutely terrible at being polite, kind, respectful, and friendly. They didn’t acknowledge us when we tried to order, they were trying to rush our order while my youngest son was still thinking, and they kept looking at us and laughing when they looked back at each other. I understand teenagers and younger workers, however there is a level of professionalism that even at a Booster Juice should be met. The service wasn’t good, but the drinks were made decently well.

The cashier lady was so obnoxious, she was not willing to take my order and told me she didn’t think thats what i wanted. I had to tell her three times and she would only place the order after obtaining my husband’s approval. This is sick.
