I recently had a wonderful experience with a guy named Naman, and I just had to share it. He was very kind and treated me so well! Although I wanted to have some pomegranate juice, I mistakenly got a different type. However, Naman was very attentive and listened to me carefully when I informed him about the mix-up. He promptly prepared a delicious pomegranate passion juice that was exactly what I needed. I am very grateful to Naman for his excellent customer service and friendly attitude. I highly recommend him!

I went here with my mum. I ordered one regular Red Sunrise which is basically Apples, Carrots & Beets Juice. I also asked for a little hint of Ginger which did not turn out well. I assumed that they would add ice since the juice is freshly made and it was very hot outside.. so overall the juice was okay but would have been better if they would have added a little ice.Suggestion: Please ask customers if they would like to add ice since not everyone is a regualr customer at booster juice. ?

$10.50 for a watered down matcha smoothie... essentially ½-⅔ cup of ice! I was prepared to be wowed as I was with Earth Bar's $14 Rock Star" smoothie, but instead was sorely disappointed☹️

So I have been coming here for years typically in the AM. This year I have often gone at 7 am to about 7:10 and have frequently found the lights off despite the posted start time. When this happens, I simply drive away saving my ten dollars and have never left a review. Today I arrived at 7:06 AM and despite the lights not being on, I could see a young woman moving around inside. Given that it was within business hours I decided to try the door which was open. The young woman saw me and continued to work with ice about 8 feet from me. At no time did she acknowledge my presence in anyway. There was no, "Good morning", no, "I will be right with you." This soon became awkward and when it became clear she was not interested in serving me or politely letting me know it would be a minute, I left. To the owners, if you have posted a 7 AM open time I suggest you ensure your business is open at that time. Additionally, let your staff know a little common decency goes a long way.

Called in for a smoothie at 11:30. Was there at 11:40. I work for 12 that’s why I called ahead , there was a line out the door and they simply told me I could not get my order because they have “1000” online orders, I even told them politely that I called ahead ….I walked out the door because that is terrible customer service. Do I wanna give my money to you again booster juice? No thanks. Fix your customer service your going to be loosing a lot of customers with that attitude.
