Last night my boyfriend and I came to this Boston Pizza during a pretty bad rainy/icy storm and had a great experience. Due to the weather it was very quiet but service was fast for drinks, food was good, and overall had a great experience. Staff was kind and considerate to my notes about my food allergy and made sure i was taken care of ! We would definitely come back!

Over the weekend my family and I ate there and had a great time. While we were there, there were a few parties at the same time that I thought would slow things down but our service was still very fast and everything came out perfectly. This location is quieter but the experience is 10/10.

Boston Pizza Burlington South is more than just a great place to eat. The food is consistently good and their service is top-notch. The staff is always friendly, attentive and truly goes the extra mile. What sets this location apart is their commitment to giving back to the community. It’s amazing to see a business that not only serves great food but actively supports the community around them! Highly recommend for a casual night out, family dinner or team fundraiser. I don't go to Boston pizza usually as I don't think the price for the pizza is worth it. I went this time for a fund raising event. Cudos to BP helping out with the community but yet again I thought the meator pizza would be better for the price. Family of 4 with no alcoholic beverages $115 .
BP is one of my Daughter's favorite top 5 places to eat. We never have a bad experience at any of the locations. Our server on this visit was awesome and took care of us with all of our needs.

The portion sizes have decreased dramatically since a few years ago. I ordered sweet potato fries off of the "Appy Hour" menu, and they gave a small handful of fries, probably about half a cup. Friends of mine also got very small portions for all the apps they ordered (smaller portions than we had 2 years ago.) I probably wouldn't choose to eat here again for a while. Edited to add photo: The photo is of the wings and sweet potato fries another person in my party ordered. Photo taken after eating only about 3 fries. The wing portion size was as advertised, but the sweet potato fries serving was astonishingly small.

Portions were small. I only had 4 tiny pieces of sweet potato on my salmon plate. I had to ask for more. The staff member said the plates go by weight. Whatever that means. My dessert, sticky toffee pudding, was good, but the scoop of ice cream was the size of a round tablespoon. Ridiculous. My tea came with hot water in a mug. I placed the teabag in that water. This is the worst way to prepare tea. Terrible taste.
