Horrible service worker didn’t know what he was doing and the manager left him alone for some weird reason (only one worker). Made probably the worst burgers we have ever tasted and forgot to put cheese on one of our cheeseburgers. Make your own burgers at home, that’s what we do time to time and they are MILES better than this garbage. Or at least go to a better establishment!

1st time to this location, v v disappointed! All beef burgers are dry, including Juicy Lucy Burger, felt like re-cooked, not freshly made. Milk shake was so 'liquid'. We also couldn't finish their fries, dry and seems not freshly made. Washroom was dirty & smelly! (We always went to Oakville location in the past, everytime they were freshly made, so bad that they closed down)
