Burger Factory

Can’t believe the lack of service this place has. They have one guy working on a Friday evening for dinner. We ordered food at 5:58pm and got our email confirmation stating it would be ready in 15 minutes. Arrived at 6:15pm and told the guy working that we were here to pick up our food. Didn’t tell us how much longer it would take… to then find out he hadn’t started making it yet. Only one other group in here waiting for food. Finally got told at 6:35pm that it would be ready in about 15-20 minutes. This is ridiculous and unacceptable, especially for a Friday night.

UPDATE:
Finally got our food at 7pm and EVERY burger was made wrong. Did not offer any sort of compensation for this and told us that we ordered our meals wrong when on the receipt, it confirmed what we ordered to match our order confirmation. Very very disappointed in this experience and will NEVER return.

The burgers are always fresh, juicy, and full of flavor. The patties are perfectly cooked, the buns are soft, and the toppings are generous and high quality. You can really taste the freshness in every bite

Grimy, dirty, smelly, poor, unsanitary, cheap, and terrible service.

Do not be fooled by the photo and the reviews made by their friends. This place has one person who takes orders and cooks with 0 customer service skills and doesn't wash hands between cooking and taking your order. He plays video games loudly while you eat and talks on thr phone while cooking.
Found a hair in my food and was really disappointed

Inaccurate holiday hours in Uber Eats and delivery platforms causing a massive disruption to the evening. Very disappointing. I keep trying to get this place to redeem themselves but there’s better local options I think.

Just ordered online for takeout. Get my burger home and it is raw. Bleeding raw, I mean come on. The worker had no one else in the entire store and you can't take the time to cook it? Brutal. Fries were good. Shake was good, threw burger out so I didn't get food poisoning, which is bad.

I would love a burger that actually looks like what’s been advertised on their website. We ordered two cheeseburgers with toppers of lettuce, onion, pickle and tomato. Lettuce was not leaf but shredded, had one slice tomato one ring of onion and a thinly sliced pickle. Bun was flat and fries were stale. Tastes like they were made an hour before. I would expect a better constructed burgers for the price otherwise I would go to McDonals. Very disappointed.

Not sure where to start lol, the bathroom was actually disgusting in this place, it wasn’t just like someone was unclean earlier in the day. This washroom was not cleaned in at-least a week, smelt like urine and had grime on everything. Next up the food that took 30 mins to make, there was only 2 other people in the restaurant, I understand it’s cook to order but 30 mins seemed long… the burger I ordered was a juicy Lucy and it tasted fine, but was definitely more of a dry Lucy, and my poutine was horrible, watered down gravy to the point it actually had no flavour or colour just water. I paid $30 for this meal and would’ve been happier with the value menu at McDonald’s. Needless to say I won’t be back!
