I would give this location an absolute ZERO if there was an option. My partner and I came here yesterday evening around 8-9pm through drive through and grabbed a few burgers and fries. Tell me why we both had insane runs and immense stomach aches THAT night and even now the day after having runs and nausea. I was going to let it pass but for us to BOTH experience food poisoning symptoms is insane. I noticed when eating my burger I felt grittiness that literally felt like sand between my teeth and even a rock like substance where I thought I almost broke my molar. I let it pass but looking at the negative reviews on here the workers DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SAFELY HANDLE FOOD OR STORE THEM. Considering our only meal for the day yday was the burger king so it couldn’t have been anything else prior during the day. DO NOT EAT HERE THEY HAVE BAD HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS. In honesty how did these employees get hired. I know for a fact the owner is going to leave a “sorry about this cat, please leave us a review on the website to further assist you” automated response nonsense. This location doesnt actually care and would rather let incompetent staff who you have to repeat the order numerous times to continue to serve food that is cross contaminated or not safe for consumption.

Waited in the drive-through line then couldn’t hear through the speaker so we pulled up to the window to order and got told we had to go to the back of the line and the window closed before I could speak. Didn’t have time to wait again so left.

Tried to get the bogo whipped deal. App wasn’t working, couldn’t place online order. Wouldn’t honor it. Fine. Get a different whopper deal & small fries. Awful. Fries had to have been sitting for hours, cold chewy and stale. Husband and I both got whoppers and had vastly different ingredient amounts on each. His was loaded with massive pieces of thick cut onions and tomato’s and mine had one tomato and one teeny inch big. We both we sick within the hour, it was disgusting. Won’t be going back.

Went to this location today at around 2:15 and was told at the speaker they couldn’t take orders in their drive-thru. No other explanation, just that. Decided to go inside to order and then was given old fries and smushed burgers. Disappointing to say the least, horrible service.

Ordered on drive-thru. Told them no picke, no tomatoes, still got impossible burger with both of them. Ordered 3 fries, got only 2. Tried calling them after reaching home, no body picks up. Will avoid this place.

I never experienced such poor customer service, I was up set with a promo and they couldn't give me answer, refused to give me a contact number and they walked away and ignored saying their busy with customers. From my understand I was a customer never got to order. Burger King should be ashamed here.
