I recently placed my order at Burger King in this location and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the experience.
I ordered an Oreo ice cream and a poutine with extra gravy. I understand that staffing shortages can happen and I was patient while waiting at the speaker. When I reached the payment window, I received my Oreo ice cream first. I noticed that the Oreo pieces were all sitting at the bottom rather than being mixed throughout as advertised on the menu board. Although this was not ideal, I decided it was not a major issue and that I couldn’t mix it myself.
However, when I arrived home and open my poutine, I found that there was barely any gravy, Despite having paid for extra. Additionally, there was no receipt included in the bag, so I wasn’t able to confirm whether I had been properly properly charged for the extra gravy.
As a first-time customer, this experience was disappointing. I hope improvements can be made to ensure orders are prepared accurately and match what is advertised

I’m usually pretty easygoing, but this visit was a disaster. The staff was incredibly rude and acted like my order was an inconvenience. When the food finally arrived, the Whopper was cold and the fries were a soggy, salty mess. Between the unprofessional service and the poor food quality, I won’t be coming back.
Extremely dissatisfied. Nothing was fresh from the burger I ordered, it was really cold. 20bucks wasted, will never try this place again. Never!

this BK is horrible. They mess up ur order in drive through always. Food is not even warm. fries seem like they are few hours old. It just seems odd how you can go through their drive through so many times and yet they still get the order wrong. Not to mention they are extremely slow also. Just went through this drive through again to see if it has improved. Wanted to use coupons that were mailed to me. Was told they dont have BEEF. Seriously. NO beef and wont have any for another four days. What kind of business is this???? BURGER KING , with NO BEEF. Unreal

Great Burger King location on Brant in Burlington! The service is always fast and friendly, and my order is consistently accurate. The burgers are fresh and taste great, and the sides are always hot and crispy. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained. Definitely one of the better BK spots in the area!
