This used to be my favourite location in Burlington but I’m not sure what’s going on. They literally hand you half cold burritos. The staff is super friendly don’t get me wrong but standard seems to have dropped here in terms of good quality food. I only get food here if I’m going home straight away so that I can put it in the air fryer and actually have a hot burrito

First burrito was severely burnt. When asked, she said it was extra toasted. We did not ask for extra toasted. Offered to remake however the remade burrito was rushed and extremely poorly made. Fell apart after one bite and was cold and dry. Would not offer a refund. Gave lots of excuses and said this is how a large burrito is supposed to be. Will not go back.
