This place never fails with customers service and quality/taste. I ordered around 20 items for all the people in my department at work and everything was made correct and with care. I am a regular here and recommended this place for lunch at my job today and everyone enjoyed their food! I forgot to add rice to my order and the gave me a second burrito instead of just adding it to the original one! Great customer service every time! Thank you

I got a pretty good chicken burrito in this hidden burrito shop. I was going to go to subway but I thought why not try Burritoz instead. You don't want to go to Costco hungry, so I thought I'd grab a bite first. They have daily specials but I wanted chicken so I got this instead. There was no line up, the store is nice and clean and I got served up nice and quick. Burrito was tasty and I enjoyed it with a nice cold coke Zero. $17 including a tip was worth it. The burrito was on par with other Burlington burrito restaurants so I'd say give it a go.

Staff here are always friendly, portions are generous, and food has always been good. We'll be back for sure!

Food poisoning ALERT beware . Filthy restaurant. This place needs to be shut down. Indian guy answered the phone today, saying he was the manager, he also was not giving his name. These people do not give receipts and are stealing from either 1. The employer 2. The Government. Please do not support them. Bad old food being served and we got extremely ill.

Amazing burritos, they have some options where they put in buffalo sauce or sweet chilli thai sauce in the burrito which is a nice blend for burrito. Great place to go when craving a quick burrito.

Food is gross, don't bother. Better chain burrito restaurants out there. Ordered a quesadilla and it was paper thin, the sour cream was essentially water with white colouring and the salsa was in my opinion rancid, it had like a fermented smell so I didn't even think about trying it. This was ordered through uber eats so they refunded me my entire order and I tossed it in the trash. Also ordered a burrito for my friend and it was soggy and had to be eaten out of a bowl but that could easily be due to the time it took to get to my location. Not worth your time or your money.

Tried Burritoz Fresh Mexican Grill for the first time and was really impressed. I order veggie burritos and nachos, and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. The flavours are fresh, and the portion was huge- great value for the price. The staff were so friendly ? and restaurant had a nice, relaxed vibe. Highly recommend this place to all burrito lovers! Must try!!
