I have been to the other locations which have always been good however this location is really lacking in many ways. Service was just “ok”. We placed our order and we received our appetizers in a somewhat reasonable amount of time however long after finishing them we waited a very long time for our tacos. The restaurant was not even half full yet the wait was really noticable. It's especially noticable when a table of four arrives much later than us and is already eating their tacos. When I finally did receive my tacos there was one forgotten. Overall the tacos were lacking in filling (scant), taste was okay but value definitely not there. I also finished my margarita long before the tacos arrived and because we were not checked on my glass was empty for quite a while . I would have expected more from “The Mule”. I also do not appreciate that your machines for credit payment have options for a minimum 18% tip which is calculated on top of the tax??? Why should we tip on top of the tax.?? I don't think our service was worthy of the 18% but it's awkward when the server is waiting and trying to be nice. Sadly we will not be returning to this restaurant nor recommending it.
Of all the restaurants I have reviewed The Mule is by far the best restaurant there is. The food is always exceptional!!! It continually exceeds expectation. Above that the staff is engaging, thoughtful and so very pleasant to deal with. The manager is also incredible, she makes everything special. If you are looking for an incredible dining experience look no further than!!
First experience was terrible. Tried a second time and again disappointed. Food cold and we were rushed out when the place was basically empty.
Good was great. Nice service but the seating is quite tight and hard to not feel like you are sitting on top of people. And no where to place your coat and purse etc. food was excellent though so overall a nice evening.
Pick up your phone for once in your life ordered something from here and it never came
We love The Mule! We always take new people with us, usually from out of town, and everyone has been very impressed! A great little restaurant with great food!

LOOOOVE the Mule. The food is always great and because I have celiac im not ever worried about cross contamination.
The food here is now too expensive for what it is. The value is not there anymore.

We celebrated a family birthday — second year in a row. How we LOVE everything about this gem of a restaurant — from fully present staff, delish & creative food & drink offerings, , creative branding and positioning, to artwork... comfortable and inspiring vibe all ‘round 🌮♥️🍸

I'm never disappointed going here. I have celiac and I know everything is completely safe for me to eat! Try the cauliflower and the Brussel sprout tacos! Bring back the cheese puffs!
Went for my birthday dinner, the tacos were delicious as always and we had the waffle churros for dessert which were fab! The service is always amazing when we go.
Always good food and service but often the music is too loud and uncomfortable. The staff did turn it down on request but level rose up again.
Unimpressive I was honestly expecting more. The margaritas are a bit overpriced imo .. $15 each. Had the Sucker Punch .. comparable to other spicy margartitas I've had. We had the dip dip hooray as an app - three dipping sauces. It was meh. The salsa seemed like it was basically crushed tomatoes. Guac was tasteless - do better. Little to no seasoning. Tacos - decent. Had the OG Fish and Habanero. For spice the orange/yellow sauce on the table was key. For my pallet, I found the spice in all the dishes lacking for a Mexican joint. Won't likely come back. Staff was pleasant and accommodating, seats are tight but it's a good vibe.
Great food. Love places that understand food allergies. Nice to find a kitchen totally Gluten free. Service was great and plan on returning
