This is the slowest Chatime that I have ever been to!! The speed and the customer service were unacceptable. We ordered two drinks from the '2 for $10' promotion at 4:10pm. We received our drinks at 4:35pm. After 25 minutes of waiting because there were lots of online orders and only two girls working, we didn't even receive an apology. We won't be back here.
