Please do not to go this place in the evening bcoz the guy is there he is no sense of talk today I was just entering in the store there was a guy ahead of me he was just at the entrance and guy was saying it’s close close and store time is say 10: 00 clock I don’t think Burlington chef door want run the business anymore that is why he hired this guy it’s terrible better not to go ever in this store to eat or take out I don’t feel like to give any start to low the restaurant rate down but still I can give a one star means zero rating that is why asked people to put good reviews on your page so you can a good rating but honestly this not how work you should respect everyone bcoz you are in service industry earn that not the asking from people

I visited Chef’s Door in Ontario, Canada during my trip from the States, and I have to say—this was the best food I’ve had in Canada. Ahmed took exceptional care of us. His service was friendly, welcoming, and truly elevated the whole experience.

The food was fresh and full of flavor, the portions were generous, and the overall vibes were perfect. Ahmed made us feel right at home, and it’s rare to get service that genuine.

Highly recommend Chef’s Door—and be sure to look for Ahmed. He made our visit unforgettable!

Please don’t go to this place in the evening because the guy working there in the evening has no sense on how to talk to a customer. 25th nov i was just entering in the store and there was a guy ahead of me he was just at the entrance and guy was saying just call, just call  whereas the store time says close at10:00 clock. I don’t think Burlington chef door wants to run the business anymore that is why he hired this guy it was a terrible way of talking to a customer. Meanwhile a lady went in after that guy and he took her order and served her without saying anything to come early or call. better don’t go ever in this store to eat or take out I don’t feel like that was the right way to talk to a customer who just stepped 1 foot in the store. If i could give 0 star i would have done it. PATHETIC BEHAVIOUR BY THE SERVER WHO IS ALSO BUSINESS PARTNER AT THIS STORE.

I recently visited Chef’s Door Shawarma and had an amazing time. I ordered the chicken shawarma, and it was absolutely delicious — full of flavour, perfectly seasoned, and really satisfying. My girlfriend got the falafel wrap, and she enjoyed it so much that we couldn’t help but order more. By the end of our meal, I ended up getting an extra container of chicken along with three additional falafel because everything tasted that good. Overall, it was a great experience with fresh food and generous portions, and we both left happy and full. The hummus was also very good!

Came in on a Saturday at 10pm and the door was locked even though there’s a sign stating they are open till 12:30 on saturdays, tried to get the attention of the employee and he just waved me off.

Unbelievable, I had $100 bill to pay for my order he said he has change of $100 only in the register but he will not take it !!!! Why not ? It is CDN $ a real money! Doesn’t matter if I cancel the order!!! I told how come you cannot accept the $100 bill I don’t have card, he was happy to go and to cancel his order !!! I went many times at this location but this time as he refused I can’t believe it, he didn’t care even if I call his manager !!!! So rude un expected!!!! I’m not going back to this location ever, I’ll stay hungry or will for other option but never ever!! So bad so bad so bad 😡😡😡😡😡I don’t leave bad reviews to business but this time it really hurt… no other way to record my concern

This place is PEAK. Went there with my father and the service was great. The lady at the counter engaged in conversation with us. We told stories back and forth. She's most of the reason I love this chef's door so much. The food is amazing, they always get me what I want no matter how specific I am. Great place in general.

Ahmed runs a fantastic restaurant and is always punctual and welcoming. The dinner special — chicken shawarma plate — was excellent! Great portion size, tender and flavorful chicken, perfectly cooked potatoes, and a delicious combination of hot sauce and hummus. A satisfying meal from start to finish. Definitely coming back again!
