Wow! What a wonderful little cafe! Located on the first floor of the Medical Building, lovely owner Josie offers up a delightful assortment of soups, sandwiches and treats that are sure to please. While the sandwiches and butter tarts came highly recommended, it was the banana bread that stole the show. Coffee was delicious, prices reasonable and we were told everything is made with love! She also offers catering and frozen meal plans. Eccellente! Also note that the first 15 minutes is free to park at this gated lot, which gives you enough time to grab something delicious if you’re passing by.

Great tasting, clean, home cooked food. I tried the beef pastrami sandwich which was delicious. The soup of the day was a rich and robust chicken vegetable soup, full of flavour. This place is a few minutes walk away from my workplace. I’m definitely going again.
