Great flavor and texture but they are so stingy with the protein portions! I paid $15 for this lunch plate which only had a few super thin slivers of beef and the rest was basically broccoli, onions, and rice. In the picture it may look a little more voluminous than I'm describing but I only got maybe 5 or 6 super small pieces before all that was left were carbs. I swear I ordered broccoli beef with a side of rice not the other way around lol. Only reasons I'm not rating 2 stars is because the place is very clean and the owners are nice. However not worth the price and I most likely won't return or recommend.

First time trying China Star on Chinese New Year’s Eve earlier this week and it was very good. I called and placed the order for pickup, no issues, ready in 15min and very reasonable prices, they have their menu in pdf format posted on their website. I ordered crab meat rangoon, beef Cantonese chow mein, shrimp fried rice, and general Tso chicken, the total was around $50. It’s worth noting that I initially tried ordering via Uber Eats for pickup and the total was around $70 before tip, so I would definitely recommend calling the store directly to place your takeout order.

Awesome service and food! We had a big order for Christmas Eve. Ordered a day ahead knowing it would be busy. Picked up the food, ready and on time, hot and ready to serve. Best Chinese food ever, highly recommend!

Amazing food. Anyone giving this spot less than 5 stars is a moron.
The service that we got is top notch! We ordered just before they close and they still accept it. We ordered Pepper Steak w/ Onion and it is super good however the Sweet and Sour chicken, they forgot to give us the sweet and sour sauce however the owner delivered it in our house without extra charge and after hours already. My family is happy with the service. Will now be ordering from China Star from now on.
