Love their curry chicken combo, contonese chow mein with crispy noodle also one of my favorite
I was in the plaza in some other business when I noticed the sign in the window of China Taste! Lunch special, 11-3pm, $5.99 plus tax Sesame chicken with rice! It was excellent and the guy behind the counter was great as well! 5 stars!

The Pad Thai noodles I ordered for takeout tasted very strange. They didn’t have the usual “Pad Thai” flavour at all — they were extremely sweet, and the sauce was oddly red. I’m very sure this is not the authentic taste of Pad Thai. Unfortunately, it felt like a waste of money.

I normally love China taste but they must’ve hired a new chef. The food is extra spicy. I love spicy food and this was beyond anything I’ve ever had. I’m pretty disappointed and can’t even enjoy my food.
We've never had a bad experience. The delivery service is usually quick. I love that they don't charge a delivery fee. Food quality is always excellent. I like supporting a good family business.
They advertised a 5.99 sesame chicken lunch special. We thought it was a great deal so we tried it out and bought 2 orders.
At first glance it looks like a lot of food, but when I bit into the sesame chicken, I noticed it was all breading. There was no chicken inside. They fill it up with lots of rice and big pieces of breading
Save your money and spend it somewhere else

Expensive. I highly recommend the crab ragoon. So yummy!
The chicken chow mein tasted different. Could just be the way they prepare it. Food was tasty. We did the meal for 2. Included rice, egg rolls , chowmein and chicken balls. Chicken balls tasty very doughy. Cost was about $50 but I also order a side of crab ragoon.

I ordered online and selected the sesame chicken. Instead, I was given a container of plain steamed chicken. I didn’t realize the mistake until I got home. When I opened the container, there was an awful, sour smell. I tried to give it a chance, but when I picked up a piece, it was soaked in water, slimy, it was completely inedible.
I called the restaurant to explain what happened. They showed no concern, and made no effort to fix the issue. The service was careless and the food was terrible. I only ordered because I wanted sesame chicken, and ended up with a disgusting mess. I won’t be ordering from here again.
The picture doesn’t do justice!!

1 Star – Rude, Unprofessional, and Completely Disrespectful
I ordered General Tso’s Chicken with rice from China Taste, and what I received was a wet, sloppy container of chicken chow mein — totally wrong. Mistakes happen, so I called the restaurant directly, expecting a simple fix.
Instead, I was called a liar, argued with for five minutes, and yelled at by the person on the phone, who told me he “didn’t care” that my order was incorrect. When I calmly asked to speak to a manager, they hung up on me.
This wasn’t a misunderstanding — this was an outright refusal to take responsibility and a shocking lack of basic customer service. If this is how they treat paying customers, they don’t deserve your business.
Avoid China Taste at all costs. You’re better off supporting a restaurant that values its customers and treats people with decency.

I gotta say we were pretty disappointed. Ordered several dishes…sesame chicken, chicken balls, rice, noodles, egg rolls. The chicken balls were huge and just dough. The egg rolls were huge and just dough. I thought those two items are fool proof, all can do these well. Apparently not. Will not be ordering from here again. Wasted $100 on dinner.
I ordered the chicken fried rice, egg rolls and king po shrimp. I have to say the food wasn’t greasy at all. The rice was good and had lots of chicken. The egg roll was thick, and a little bit dry. However I would rather that than a greasy roll. The shrimp was delicious. Loads of veggies and shrimp.
First time ordering from here. The food was very good but not exceptional. The menu selection was very sparse and basic. No ribs, no har gow, no sticky rice, ect which I look for. But they did have yet Ga min soup which I have been looking for in Burlington forever. It was hot and fresh after delivery. I think I got charged twice but will talk to the bank about that. Definitely worth a try if you like western Asian food.
We've been coming to this place for almost 20 years. I actually think the food has gotten better over the years! It's definitely worth trying.
