Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill

Haven't been here for 2 years from the last bad experience. Just tried it again and again worst experience and will definitely never go here again. Ordered a Ceasars salad and it came to the table with no dressing on it and literally there were only 3 bites in the bowl. We also ordered the hot spinach dip and it was cold and the dip had gone clumsy and hard. And got the garlic cheese bread and it came down with no cheese and no garlic. Just heated up buns. We told the waitress Lexi about all of the terrible food and she was rude, brought down a small amount of dressing and said that should be more than enough and didn't bother with the other issues. We asked to see the manager and he came out took the food away but she never came back to check on us. Very poor service from this waitress, very poor attitude and just terrible food and experience. Definitely will never go back.

This is a crazy bar for Burlington, filled with kids and dad's watching the game. I wouldn't bring family here. It's a place for cheap beer and mediocre foods. I do love the half-price appetizers after 9. It's a great place to go with on a Friday night with $25. You can drink a good amount with a little bite to eat!

I came here tonight with two of my close friends. This was my first time trying Chuck’s, and it was so worth it! The food is phenomenal and prices are amazing. Our waitress Jade was fabulous!! She was friendly, patient, outgoing and made us feel so welcome at the restaurant! She really brought in such an awesome aura!

Chunk's is legendary for its half-priced appetizers after 9 PM—it’s a deal that’s hard to beat! Even with the lower prices, the quality of the food remains top-notch, making it an incredibly appealing option for a late-night hangout. The atmosphere is lively, bustling, and loud, which creates a fun and energetic vibe. Service can be a bit slow, but that’s understandable given how packed it gets after 9. If I could, I’d come here every night with friends to decompress and enjoy the great food and atmosphere!

Great food, amazing prices, but the service is a bit slow. However, that may very well be because everything is made fresh to order ... so is it really a bad thing?

Dietary restrictions: My friend is allergic to gluten and fish and they accommodated her allergy with no issues. We would have known if they hadn't as she would have gotten very sick.

Denied entry after making a reservation for a party of 15 6hrs before.

Went for first time Chucks Burlington for lunch.
Food took over 30 minutes. Philly cheese steak terrible, fries tasted like days old reheated. Burger average, but small.
Sent fries back, waitress didn't care. Brought new fries, they were average at best.
Will not be back.
