It's cheap. Food is mediocre, poor service, weak drinks. That being said the same meal at the keg would have been at least 2x the price.

I visited Chuck's today and left disappointed. The chairs at our table were badly torn-looked as if a bear had taken a swipe at them-which didn't make a great first impression. We waited a long time for our food, and when it finally arrived, the baked potato was cooked but cold.

Most of the dishes didn't taste good, and much of the food felt reheated rather than freshly made. Our server seemed rushed, didn't smile, and even sighed while taking our order. Overall, the service felt unfriendly and the experience was frustrating. For the price, it wasn't worth it, and I don't plan on returning.

Wow just wow, we had dinner at Chuck's Roadhouse in Elliott Lake and I left a lousy review there too.
I was served a raw steak and a frozen baked potato. I ordered my steak medium. I sent it all back and they took it off my bill.
I was sent a 25 dollar coupon for my review. I went to try Chuck's again, this time in Burlington and had the steak served raw again with dried out french fries. Disappointing for sure, but at least they are consistent.
The booth we sat in, in Burlington had a huge rip in the faux leather lol
Please don't send me another coupon because I won't eat at Chuck's and will tell my friends about the quality of your food.
Do better your food sucks.

Took our family out for birthday/Anniversary celebration. They had never been to Chucks and were very impressed. Tori our server was top notch. She should be congratulated for her service. Food was delicious, glasses were never empty. Our son and daughter in law that had never been before said they will return it was very good.
