Recently, we ordered takeout from this place, and the experience was awful. The customer service was nonexistent, and the food was even worse. The chicken was completely covered in salt, making it almost inedible. I spent a lot of money on this meal, and it was a total disappointment.

First place that I ever visit in the GTA area staff Behaviour is like they own the place they didn’t give a shit about the customers. Food is so empty even though I have to cancel my order because of the staff behavior.
We usually go to Dundas and Winston Churchill, this location is closer to home, first time we came here, extremely satisfied with the service, food etc. The other location is amazing as well, but this closer and the attendant was very polite knowledgeable etc. thank you team keep up the good work

Don’t know how this place has managed to stay open given that so many people have written one-star reviews about their experiences with concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. The chicken sandwich they served me was raw in the middle. The person behind the counter acknowledged he thought that there was a problem with the fryer, yet continued to serve customers instead of fixing the problem. Unacceptable.

Even when I came in just five minutes before closing, she greeted me with a smile and went above and beyond by preparing fresh food for me. Her positivity and dedication are truly commendable. Was here new years day. Sign on the door says open at noon get here 12:05. Doors still locked. Someone someone shows up at 12:10 and says the fryers aren't turned on so it will be another half hour to even order. The Uber bell was going off as soon as she opened the door as well
