Tried Cima for the first time today. Food was great, our server was very friendly and helpful, and it had a really nice atmosphere. We tried everything on the build your own board and it was fantastic.

It was difficult to make a reservation (for a larger group). Left a voicemail and it was never returned. Had to call a few times to make a reservation.
Other than that, food, service and atmosphere are excellent. I wish the ragu pasta had more sauce. Pizza is Neapolitan style.
They don't have a kids menu or kids sizes and prices.

If you are hosting a large event during business hours, either put it on the voice mail or answer the phone. Drove over 30 minutes called 3 times and no one picked up just to see it was closed for an event when I arrived. Very frustrating.

Wood oven pizza was amazing, everything else was very mid for example the burrata plate had no flavour, some vinegrette and arugula would have made it so much better! our pizza came out very burnt and was told this is how they make it…it looked like they used charcoal dough and was not normal as our other pizzas did not look that way. Had to order another one. They ran out of steak as well which was the special menu. Pretty average and would be skipping

One of my favourite restaurants in Burlington! I have loved every pizza and pasta dish I've tried. The tiramisu is also delicious. Service is good and consistent from all of my visits. Menu is on the pricier side, but the quality of food and experience is well above average.

The pizza itself was good which I would get again. Calamari was clearly frozen and rubbery - it was unseasoned so pretty bland too. Gnocchi tasted frozen to me as well. And was pretty expensive, not worth the price overall. Stick to the pizza if you go.
Food is good but service needs work and definitely over priced. Almost $150 for two people (1 pizza, 1 pasta, calamari and 2 drinks - one being non alcoholic) is pretty steep compared to other places that are just as good.
Incredible food here, WOW! Service! impeccable service! comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. We loved it and will be back!! Try the Spaghetti al Ragu Bolognese ( Boar ) trust me

We love going in when Aliyah is working! So friendly, and great service! The Vodka pizza is absolutely to die for. We first tried CIMA during COVID, but didn't have the chance to visit it in person for a long time. Beautiful atmosphere, superior service. One of our favourite spots.

BEWARE!! If I could give zero stars, I would.
This place is a scam with poor quality food and service. They charge for everything — olive oil, butter, and even $6 for a sprinkle of Parmesan. AND THEY WON’T TELL YOU IT’S AN EXTRA FEE. To make matters worse, the food was horrible.
The servers didn’t know anything about the menu, and when we asked for a booth at 5:15 p.m. (with the place nearly empty), we were told they were “reserved.” Those same tables were still empty when we left.
It’s also pretty clear this place has fake Google reviews. There’s no way this restaurant should have a 4.5. I recommend filtering and reading their 1 star reviews.
Save your money and eat somewhere that actually deserves your business.

We went in expecting an authentic Italian meal and instead walked out feeling completely scammed. The service was poor , and the entire dining experience felt like a setup to nickel-and-dime customers.
They offered table bread and asked if we wanted olive oil, butter, and balsamic with it we said yes, assuming it was a simple courtesy like in any decent Italian restaurant. Only when the bill came did we see that they actually charged us for each of those items. Who does that?
Then came the pasta. No Parmesan on top fine, not every place does that automatically but when we asked for a little Parmesan, they said “no problem.” What they didn’t say is that they’d slap a $6 charge on the bill for it. Absolutely absurd.
To make matters worse, the servers couldn’t answer basic questions about the menu. It was obvious they were completely untrained or just didn’t care.
For a place trying to act upscale, they’ve mastered only one thing: gouging their customers.
Save your money and go literally anywhere else. This was hands down one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in years
And on top of everything we were refused a booth at 515 pm when there was 3 other people in the restaurant, hostess claimed reservations but every table was still empty when we left.

The restaurant is absolutely delightful! The pizza was perfectly baked with a thin, crispy crust and rich in wood fired oven, flavorful toppings that tasted fresh and authentic. The staff were warm and welcoming, creating a cozy and friendly atmosphere. I especially loved the Margherita—it was simple yet full of flavor, just like true Italian pizza should be. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving a genuine taste of Italian 🍕 and pasta.
