Tables in the booths are at an oddly low height. Long hair in the crust of my pizza which I had to remove from my mouth. Server replaced. Pizza was nothing great. The amount and size of the fruit flies (in March??) were atrocious. Wasn’t compensated food or drink to offset the terrible food experience. Won’t go back and don’t recommend.

Great food, good vibe and exceptional customer service. Plus for vegetarian people who avoid egg as they accommodate well or their dough doesn’t contain any egg. Chilli oil and focaccia were the main heroes and the edge of the pizza was too good.

This was our first visit to Cima Enoteca. We live and work in Burlington and have always wanted to try the restaurant. We went for lunch. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. Attentive and responsive, but not smothering. The timing of everything for an enjoyable lunch was perfect. I had the Tritata salad and Tagliatelle al Tartufo pasta. Both were excellent and up there with the best I’ve had in an Italian restaurant. The pasta is made fresh and the sauce wasn’t overbearing. The portion sizes were perfect. I will definitely return. Thank you.

I had dinner here with my family for the first time. The food was sooo good, everything was fresh and came out quickly. Aliyah was our server and she was absolutely amazing! She was personable and knowledgeable of the menu, giving us great recommendations. I would definitely come back again :)

Second experience, Feb. 2025: ordered both the Margherita and mushroom pizzas for delivery. Both were very tasty. Happy that the quality hasn't fallen back 2 years since my first visit. I still recommend this place and would definitely go for it again. Quick observations regarding delivery: - highly advisable to seal food packaging (sticker or something), to ensure food doesn't get tampered with. Big concern for me personally. - for pizzas, perhaps consider adding pizza savers/triangles to prevent shifting during transport.
Was hoping to host my son’s baptism here in April! Sent an inquiry over a month ago have not heard back and have been following up with the restaurant weekly to try to progress - was told on several accounts that the manager / event coordinator will reach out to me right away to discuss options - haven’t heard anything yet! Was really looking forward to celebrating our event here but will have to look else where as time sensitive matter

I love Cima - this place has such amazing Italian food with friendly service. My boyfriend is celiac and they also have tons of gluten-free options without sacrificing on the quality and taste. Would recommend their bolognese - super hearty and delicious.
