Their timing shows that they close at 11PM even online timing shows close at 11PM. Yesterday we placed an order on their website at 10:20PM and we reached at store around 10:35 and the girl who was working said the order got cancelled. No explanation given or no call was given to inform us. I drove from Oakville and it took me 15 minutes to get to the store just to find out the order is cancelled. I asked the girl if she can make it now since they close at 11 but she said they close at 10:30PM while the lights and open sign was still on. Also, I told her that I didn't get any cancellation notification she said let me check and after that I received the email at 10:40 that my order is declined. Worst customer service and attitude. If you close at 10:30PM please update your hours so your customers don't have to go through such experince. I am attaching the picture with time when I got the cancellation email.

Best pizza I’ve ever tasted. The staff and the service were amazing. I would recommend this establishment to everybody.
I ordered ahead and was told it would be 20-30 minutes.I arrived in 25 minutes, waiting ANOTHER 35 minutes (that's a total of 1 hour) and my order still wasn't ready.I've had the pizza prior and it wasn't bad, but I won't be doing that again.

Great pizza. I’m a Quebecer and enjoy that they put the pepperoni under the cheese (unless you order a pepperoni pizza). They don’t shy on the cheese either. Thin crust is the way to go. Definitely our go to now ?
