I come to this location every week and the ladies there are always super friendly and nice. However, my review is not about their fresh baked bread, it is about one of their great employees. I started the day with a very rough morning (and already stressed out after the long weekend). Kate came to help me not only with a big smile on her face, she also went above and beyond to make me feel better. I have to say, I have nothing but great things to say about this bakery, the staff are absolutely wonderful to talk to, they are so upbeat that they turn my own mood around when I talk to them on the phone.
The last bakery that I worked with made me feel like my order was a burden to them and I dreaded emailing them but the staff at this COBS bakery are phenomenal and make me feel like it’s a pleasure to take my order!
On top of the amazing service, The bread is absolutely TOP NOTCH! The sourdough is the best and the Cape seed loaf, amazing!
