The gentalman working the counter tonight was rude. Didn't even ask about the sugar level or extras and just came across as he couldn't be bothered with me but when the Asian family behind me ordered he was completely different!!

Also the back where the washroom is is a mess. Just everything thrown there. Eben halloween decorations in a box just thrown there. Makes me wonder how clean the place is.

I would say it’s hit or miss, sometimes I love it, other times I’m not a huge fan but I order the same thing every time. They had super cute Halloween decor which was a cute touch and the staff is usually always kind.

good location, always clean and staff are super friendly and always quick with the drinks. sometimes there are some inconsistencies with the drinks, but is to be expected having different staff working. always get the brown sugar jasmine milk tea with extra ice. i come here rather than the Hamilton location.

Heard they released a Melon slush drink so decided to try it, needless to say this was one of if not the best drink i've had at cocos, server was super nice and polite and was very quick even though it was super busy, one concern is that it was only one person working which was strange because it was really busy, reccomend scheduling atleast 2 people during the summer heat

Clean and not a big lineup. Always love the drinks

First and last time ordering online at this location. I ordered a pearl milk tea and they didn’t provide pearls. I’ve never had to order pearls in my orders at the three other locations I usually order at. I don’t think I need to pay extra for pearls in a drink called “pearl” milk tea. The tea also has no sugar and I asked for 70%. Tea tastes bitter and definitely was not prepared correctly.

3 stars just cause they switched to paper straw.

They ran out of their promo flavor items and I was offered replacement but at the end the order was replaced with other flavor without asking. One of the server can’t be too bothered and lazy. The nice one offered to make the promo flavor but the other one didn’t want her too. Wish the service is improved in the future.

Amazing bubble tea store. Staff was friendly kind and patient. I didn’t know what to order but the cashier was helpful and gave me some of her recommended options. Amazing and they made the drink super quick. I was got the mango yakult with coconut jelly it was amazing it’s definitely going to be my new go to! Recommend this place try it out!

I used to adore the Bubble Gaga!! Unfortunately the new owners changed the recipe and now it's disappointing.
Please change it back.
