Food was not what we have come to expect. Been there before, and food was great, but not this time. We actually went to the Waterdown store first, and surprised to see they had closed permanently..so we drove to Brant St, very disappointed. Am thinking why the Waterdown store closed??? Maybe same issue, food quality..

As locals who can walk to this location, we have been there many times however our most recent visit was extremely disappointing. The environment is filled with a very friendly crowd enjoying drinks, watching sports on the tv or just catching up with friends. The servers are friendly, efficient and are hard working. The big disappointment was the chicken wings. First, the size of the wings: I can only say that my budgie bird had larger wings. What made the situation worse is they were over-cooked to the point that any bit of meat on them was dried up making them inedible. Thankfully, I complained and rightly so, they did not charge me for them. I would have much preferred to have meaty, juicy chicken wings slathered in sauce that had me coming back for more.

You should be embarrased with your store front. The disgusting garbage liquids and cigarette butts that cover the street and adjacent side walks is disrespectful to the community. If your outside looks like this whats your inside look like?
