MY food was great, but service needs better attention. WAITRESS needs to pay attention to the paying customers and not her boyfriend. The other plate for my guest was burnt and barely edible. We had to get it remade so he could eat with me.

The dirty bird at it's best! I really like this place. Great place to relax with an ice cold PBR and all the craveables.

Decided to order from here on Uber eats. I must admit this place has been getting progressively worst since opening. Who charges premium prices for soggy fried chicken breast and a handful of fries. My wife ordered a chicken burger and it was a dry piece of chicken between soggy bread with no toppings. Before you guys sell anymore fries please do a taste test, tasted like you boiled the potatoes in salt water.

I had one of the BEST experiences at Coop Wicked Chicken! The manager, the staff were helpful, friendly, answered all of our curious questions about the food and they made one of the best Caesar drinks! Wowzers.I don't do photos or video of my food. But I ordered the BBQ Chicken Salad and it was a beautiful presentation of colourful flavours on top of shredded lettuce. It had avocado, corn, black beans, purple onion, red peppers chopped into small wonderful bits that tossed throughout the salad. It was topped with a generous amount of bbq'd chicken pieces that melted in my mouth. They served with two little pots of dressing, because the bowl they served it in was a dinner portion. It was 3 p.m. ish when we arrived so it wasn't crowded, but had some, and I saw some pick-up meals going out the door. But I didn't go for the decor, I went for the food. And I will be going back!

Went in and stood at the door for more than 5mins without even being acknowledged.Place was busy and I've always wanted to try but ended up going to Real Burger.Problem was addressed professionally and respectfully. Went there tonight and had a great meal with great service.

This is the second time I have tried the coop first time was terribleThis time tasted good got the Buffalo blue meal took a bit to come one considering there was only two couples in there was not good and when it came out wasn’t that hot I fell for the $20 it’s def not worth it at all my opinion but the portions are terrible for that kind of money

Ordered takeout, the big coop wife got the Mac and cheese with chicken. Staff was very welcoming, especially the lady behind the bar. The food was delicious and filling! They even included Mac and Cheese bites as a surprise. Will be coming to eat here again 100%. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality.

Ordered over the phone for take out. Should have checked order before leaving as the wings were pathetic. So called “ 1lb” which is falsely advertised as such as we were told it’s standard 10 wings.. however as with anything not the same size as always would know..wings vary in size. These were the smallest wings I’ve ever seen and we paid $19- plus tip for them. That’s one thing… then to have them completely dried out and shriveled looking like they were under a heat lamp for 20 mins. On top of the fact that their, signature NY butter sauce was barely any sauce at all.Honestly I’d be embarrassed selling this product if it was my restaurant.Lesson learned ordering from a chain.I will not be eating at or recommend eating there to anyone. Please reevaluate your product for those who still have faith in your business.

The country style breakfast sausage sandwich & the bartender David are the best two things about this Coop!

Ordered through DoorDash. Chicken is way over cooked, completely missed giving us an order of fries and the order we did get was half full which matched the tiny amount of sauce they gave us.
