Fantastic gelato! Lemon custard is my favourite when available. It's a very small shop to the left of Nisi. It's amusing to read these negative reviews though. The owner is always friendly to everyone whenever I've visited and is helpful if I have questions. Wouldn't be surprised if these reviews come from competitors. If you want the best gelato that downtown Burlington has to offer; that's made from scratch and not just resold product from a 3rd party...

Delicious! Fresh ingredients and creamy- the perfect after dinner treat. It was so good we had to come back for some to-go containers! Note there is no indoor seating but it doesn't matter since lots of great outdoor seating spots. Wonderful product- experience it for yourself!

My partner and I decided to try this location due to the awesome reviews. While the Gelato was good, the service was not the best. It's as if we were a bother. When asked what flavours they had, the lady responded coldly- read below. I would have welcomed "Certainly, we have many options as you can read below. Strawberry, Lime, etc. We have been here a few times and it's the same service everytime. If you want good gelato, sure this is the place to go but do not...
