Food was super tasty and the staff was very nice and approachable. Their crepe deal is very fair for three toppings and a sauce. I would recommend adding the ice cream because it can get quite heavy otherwise. Still delicious tho

Unprofessional staff. They didn't know anything about the menu. We ordered lava cake and it was totally dry, no molten chocolate inside. I pay a high price to go to a speciality dessert shop, only to have my money wasted and having disappointed.

I have visited three different DSpot stores and found that the Burlington store provides the worst service. It takes too much time to get the service as compared to other stores. My kids used to love DSpot, but now that we go to the Burlington store which is closer, they are no longer interested in going there due to the excessive waiting time. The food is nice but the experience is bad.They need to check the process or hire more people. Hopefully, they review these reviews and do something about it.

This place is literally the best dessert place I have ever been to. The service was incredible and the workers were so nice. Sal made me and my friends are desserts and we were so happy. The atmosphere was so comforting and so much fun!!! I ordered the Twisted and Cooky sundae and it was so delicious. I can’t wait to come here again with my friends!!! I highly recommend on a hot day for a cool down, or when you feel like a sweet treat!!Kid-friendliness: Super welcoming to all ages!!

First time here with wife for late evening birthday treat. Haven’t had a classic strawberry funnel cake in forever and it tasted better than I remember. Added an amazing scoop of saffron pistachio custard ice cream as well. Delicious!!!
