This DQ location is sometimes a little dirty looking however I usually get my order as take-out. The staff member that served us was very friendly and our treats were quickly made for us to enjoy.

Your meat has spoiled and gone bad, or your switching out beef patties for veggie or soy burgers. Got burgers 5 days ago and they were delicious, just got some today and they were disgusting not even my kids would eat them. The patties were noticeably different and tasted bad with a weird after taste. What are yo7 feeding people?! Not to mention, RAW bacon on the burger.

We ordered a birthday cake well in advance for my child’s birthday as he has food allergies. When we got to the store, they didn’t have the cake and told us “you must have ordered the cake at a different location”. Incompetent staff who blame the customer for their mistake. If you have the unfortunate situation where you need to order anything in advance from this store, I’d recommend following up daily to ensure they don’t ruin your child’s birthday.

I do not really complain and comment low reviews, but i need to address what i experienced today (July 22,2025) around 5:45pm, i ordered a small and medium chocolate dipped cone, and a medium strawberry cheesecake blizzard, they only put 3 or 4 pieces of cheesecake chunks. Which my dad felt unsatisfied while trying to finish it. And the cone wasnt dipped all the way.
The appleby and dundas one they never failed me.

I don't want to put 1 star. But they need to up their quality.

Very out dated. Not clean. The doors upon entry were so dirty. The man who took our order was wearing a very dirty shirt with white stuff splattered all over it. Burger was very dry. Not a very good first impression’ as it was our first time at this location. I would
Def choose a different location next time.

So it’s been crazy hot outside the last couple days, I thought I would treat myself to a Blizzard because I don’t eat ice cream a lot. I ordered a large strawberry cheesecake blizzard on uber eats as it is my favourite. And all I got was a tube of strawberry ice cream. Not worth paying that much if I’m going to miss the whole “cheese cake” aspect of the item…looked forward to having it all not just some strawberry ice cream I could have got at the store..

Came in for two blizzards. Were absolutely sloppy (melted) and didn't flip them upside down before handing them to me. Go to baskin robbins, dont waste your time here.

Attended this day 8th of June 2025 to pick up lunch, on-line indicates they have hotdogs, but they did not, ordered and paid and was asked to drive around again as the person behind only ordered a cone, so this was done and when I got up to the window again they handed me a pop, the lid was barely on and as a result spilled all over the car and my fiancee. They provided a new pop but no compensation for the mess of the car, that now needs to be cleaned.

We will not be back.

Amazing service

Ive come to this dairy Queen since I was a small child. My friends worked here in high school. It was an awesome spot. I'd come after sports as a kid and had the best memories.

Now this place represents nothing I said previously. Rude staff, constantly misunderstanding orders because of an undeniable language barrier. Then when they are confronted for their mistakes, they aggressively lash out on customers in a way that is not common place in the western world. I will drive 20-30 minutes additional before ever coming back here. It's a shame this awesome location will certainly close in the near future, but hopefully someone who cares can pick up the pieces and try to salvage this wreckage.

We love Dairy Queen blizzards and cakes - nothing wrong there. But let's just talk about the quality of the writing on my cake. Absolutely horrible. As an establishment that sells cakes, you need to get staff trained with cake writing. I would recommend everyone to not get writing on your cake and do it yourself, cause even my kid would've been able to write this better on my cake. (Yes my husband is a jokester by having this written on my cake!)

A good place to have ice cream. It also has fast food meals but a bit higher in price than other fast food chains.

I am updating this in response to the person responding to the review who called us fans , this is a clear example of people in this location that can’t speak or understand English. Let me begin by saying why are people working that can’t speak or understand English properly. They speak in their language in front of people. No hair nets when cooking, and the guy came from the side to prepare icecream and was absolutely filthy. I’m just shocked that this continues to happen. Please do not give this location business. They need to be reported.
