Won't ever go to another Denny's ever... last visit was the last one.. not sure why it's asking me for my FB on it.Each location is different but the one wrecked any business from me or my family
Having gone to Denny’s my whole life, this one is by far the nicest. The restaurant is very clean, staff are very friendly, and the food generally consistent and delicious. All in all, it’s just generally a solid breakfast spot in the city.

Came in an hour before close and the server was more focused on closing than her table. Food was ok. Service was terrible never received refills and never offered dessert. Not impressed and will not go back to this

First off: It's dirty. The booth we sat in had pieces of food and napkins between the seat and the window. It was not food from that day either. Next, there were cobwebs at our table. I mean, is this place cleaned? The next gripe was that they brag about free wifi and charging stations. Every single one in the restaurant was dead. So they have this but don't actually offer it since they don't keep them charged. At least one had physical damage on it from where it had fallen and hit the floor breaking the plastic. They were also dirty/greasy indicating they don't care about them.The washrooms were OK but there was an unlabeled spray bottle of an unknown cleaner sitting on top of the hand dryer. It was a bit off-putting.After that it was alright food, and they did pay attention to a special request from one of our group. The cook staff were friendlier and nicer than the hostess who seated us.Won't be back until they invest in keeping their restaurant clean and functional.

This is my favourite Denny’s. The staff is very sweet and polite. they’re quiet but I like that, they don’t hover over you. It’s so nice when you’re hungover looking for a good meal. The food, amazing. Everytime. Without fail never had a problem here.

They need help. Went with the whole family on a weekday evening as an impromptu dinner choice. Wife and I have had Denny’s in the US, but haven’t tried this location here, so we thought “why not?” First red flag when we parked in the parking lot was that the place was deathly empty. One gentleman was sitting in a corner by himself, drinking his coffee - but that was it. Next, they had no music on which really kills a vibe when there’s no one in the restaurant to begin with. Why not play some music to get a welcoming vibe going at least? Then, we had to wait at least 5mins to be seated….but there was no one else in the restaurant - why are we waiting so long? ? The waitress took our order and actually advised us NOT to get the mac and cheese for our youngest kid. Said it just wasn’t good. ? While we appreciated her honesty, isnt she supposed to be advocating for their menu? Anyways, we order the rest of our food and we realize we have no cutlery…we request cutlery, and when it comes, it’s DIRTY. Food debris stuck on the forks, the knives were gritty…just nasty. So we requested new cutlery and watched as the waitress took it all back seemed to just wipe away the dirt we pointed out to her. Yuck. Requested another set of cutlery and from what we could see - this set was ok. Wait for food felt as long as the busy wait times at Cora’s, which is crazy seeing that - we were the only people there. Food came. We were very apprehensive due to our experience so far…and cautiously looked the food over for things that could be wrong with it like hairs in the food, uncooked parts, etc. but the food was good. Super greasy, but good. All this said, if someone who really cares about customer service were to take care over this location, it could easily be a 4-star place all around. But we won’t be going back due to this experience, so I guess we’ll never know if they improve or not.

This place was the worst restaurant I've ever eaten at. The service was awful, the atmosphere terrible (no music at all), and the food disgusting!! The kids meal was laughable and when we asked for the veggie side for the 2-year old, they served stir-fried veggies 15 minutes after the main course. They also brought the kids chocolate mile in a glass stemmed mug!!! I will NEVER return!

My family and I went to this location on Saturday morning. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, so seating us wasn’t an issue. The first thing I noticed was how sticky the floors were. My shoes were sticking with every step I took. We sat down, ordered drinks and proceeded to look at the menu. When we had all decided, the waitress came back and once my father asked for bacon and eggs, we were told they had no bacon that day… I get it, stuff happens, but you’re and ALL DAY BREAKFAST restaurant, go purchase some at a grocery store and if you’re not able to do that, tell your patrons before they go through the menu to choose what they want.Regardless, those in my family that wanted bacon adjusted their orders to something else. Once our food was brought to us, it was incredibly disappointing. The hollandaise on the eggs Benedict was so thick and tasted more like cheez-whiz than anything else, the shredded potato hashbrowns were all undercooked and every single egg was overcooked on our orders. Our server offered to “discount” our bill when we said we couldn’t eat it, but another woman in the restaurant (manager possibly) apologized and said we didn’t have to pay for anything. This woman’s customer service and understanding would be the only positive thing I have to say about our experience here. Will not return.

Really unfortunate experience today, having formally really enjoyed this Denny's. Service was incomprehensibly slow, the food was underwhelming and in the end we were grateful that there was a pay online feature, otherwise we would have been waiting another half hour for the bill despite there being next to no other customers.Disappointed to say the least -it used to be much better.

A week ago I ordered online and it said to pick up my order at 6pm. I got there and the store was closed and totally locked up. When you call there is no greeting it just says "the person has not initiated their answering machine" and hangs up. I tried to call back multiple times with the same result. Finally got through 2 days later. I was told they do not follow the Denny's hours on the website and she would have to talk to her manager about a refund and call me back. I've received no call. I finally had to call corporate and they have messaged the owner. I still have no refund and no explanation why this store isn't open during its posted hours. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

We decided to visit this Denny's for dinner tonight.... what a mistake that was. The service was poor & the server was using her phone to write down our order, as a server myself I found this very unprofessional. We attempted to order 3 different things and were told they don't serve those items anymore. (why are they on your menu?) On top of that we both orders entrees that we're supposed to come with regular bacon, when the food was delivered she informed us that they only had turkey bacon & neither of us were interested in eating our meals. We expressed our concerns and were responded to with a horrible attitude from the young lady working there. When I asked to speak to a manager she told me no, there wasn't a manager on site. I find that concerning that you're leaving a disrespectful young adult in control of an entire restaurant with no one else to speak to about concerns. I informed the lady that we would not being paying for our meals as we didn't eat them & was once again greeted with a nasty attitude. I would save yourself the hassle & disappointment of this restaurant.

If I could share a negative star review, I would. We have been to this location before and were pleased. This time, we waited for 15 minutes without an order being taken. In fact I was looked at by the server twice and was ignored. Go to Stacked instead. Great service and great food.
