This is the worst establishment. They lie about their hours. This is the second time I’ve gone and they’ve closed an hour early. UNRELIABLE AND BAD FOOD. I ordered delivery twice and the orders were wrong. They don’t care, don’t stay open and it’s a wonder they’re still open and leasing the space.

I was here for a birthday dinner with 4 people. They were fully booked with reservations so granted they were busy but we did not have good service and the food wasn't great. I ordered a lettuce bun for my burger, which the waitress told me they could do. I got my burger (which was very small) on one leaf of lettuce and arugula pieces on top. I attempted to not complain and just eat it with a knife and fork but couldn't even cut it with the butter knife. (They didn't provide a steak knife) The bacon was charred and the burger was burnt so I had to request a new burger with a lettuce bun as I originally ordered it. Trying to get our server back was a mission. When our food was dropped off by a gentleman no one asked if what we ordered was ok. It took more than 10 minutes before we could find someone to let them know I had an issue with my food. We were never asked if we wanted more drinks the ENTIRE night! My friend actually had to get her water from the bar herself. Her wings arrived and they were cold. She had to ask for ketchup for her fries 3x. When I got my new burger it was pink and only had one tiny piece of pineapple so only one bite of the entire burger had pineapple. My other friend whose birthday it was, ordered the Jerk chicken bowl and her chicken was burnt and dried out. It seems they do not do any quality control to what comes out of the kitchen. When she got the birthday cake dessert, it was brought with only one fork and no napkins. We couldn't find anyone to ask for extra forks and napkins. After us expressing our concerns at this point it would have been nice to see a manager especially since they knew we were celebrating a birthday. I don't think we will return nor recommend.

We were there for St. Patty's Day evening and it was quite a good crowd. We ended up grabbing an appetizer but found the selection poor. Our waitress was friendly and quick to the table which is always nice.

We are frequent diners at the district, have enjoyed the meals, decided to take our grandkids to the encanto brunch. There were 10 of us. Have to say very disappointed with the morning, $26 for each child, that included either 3 small pancakes or eggs and bacon. 3 characters from Encanto, and really no program at all. One song and a chaotic treasure hunt for “jewels”. Way over priced and a big disappointment. The adult meals, breakfast was just meh.

Tried this place for the first time ordered 2 drinks a Lb of wings and a spinach dip,
The wings were really small and very overcooked there were 8 in total and even before cooking I really doubt it was a pound, the spinach dip was pretty good but a very small portion, the drinks were good but took a while too come , we were actually eating before they arrived ...
Parking: Small plaza and not many spots

Called several times and left voicemails to make a reservation for 8 people. Zero call backs after 3 days. Terrible way to run a business and I’ll never bring staff there after this experience. Good luck but we’re going elsewhere. Terrible.

I’ve ordered take out 3x and each time the order has been awful. I’m store service must be better because the reviews had me believe ordering take out for the 3rd time would be worth it. I order the burger. The bun was stale, patty was burnt, tomatoes were frozen and defrosted (soggy and no taste), a tear drop of mayonnaise (need sauce or it’s too dry, and with a burnt patty it was very dry), and two small onions. The lettuce was white as snow and there was half a head of lettuce. No care went into this order.
Everything about the burger was awful. Gave half of it to my dogs. Wendy’s has better burgers for 1/3 or the price.
Last time I ordered the food was cold (5 min delivery in summertime) so the food would have been sitting in the restaurant for a long time and went soggy.
Do not order takeout. You will be disappointed. The chefs don’t put in as much care or detail to ensure your getting quality food. In store may be different.
