Pizza was done and sitting in the oven getting cold, while he was getting large blue carts from the back. Discovered crust was burnt and pizza not that hot. Lack of staff to attend to the front. Poorly managed and will go elsewhere where the staff are more organized.

These guys sent me what could have only possibly been an already stale window pizza that they then burnt while heating up and threw into a box.
Most disgusting, dry, cracker of a pizza I have ever had delivered. I genuinely felt offended that someone would pack this up and send it out.
I couldn't even taste the flavour of cheese, never mind tomato sauce.
You would have to be out of your mind to want to order from here - try literally anywhere else, or just don't eat. I had to throw 90% of this into the garbage.

I was very surprised when I saw that charged $5.50 for delivery, that turned to disgust when I learned they give their drivers 50 cents of that. There's greed and then there's just straight thievery. I honestly feel bad for the drivers
At least I did until my cinnamon bites turned out to be parmesan bites. They didn't pair very well with the icing that came with them which seemed like more of an insult than anything else lol
Visited this dominos location to get alfredo pasta for my toddler. and guess what there was no sauce in the pasta at all. Pasta was very dry with no cheese. Absolutely pathetic and negligent from the store. It was a take out so i couldnt complain right away and we live far so thats a learning for me to check food even for takeout especially for a kid.

I ordered a pizza and waited. No one washes their hands or wears gloves. The same people that take your order and handle cash then go and make your pizza. Ironically, they still have the plexiglass up from Covid so you can’t hear one another.

I had points to use before they were expiring. It had been a few years since we were at this dominos. We had been regulars as the size, toppings and cheese were plentiful. When we got large pizza it looked like a medium pizza! Secondly, there was virtually no cheese (if I picked the extra cheese it would mean they'd put cheese on it). All we tasted was the sauce. We had to order another one from someone else who we have had good experiences with and namely Pizza Pizza! Just pathetic! I wonder if they cut back on ours because we used points. Either way we are never going back. Domino's you lost a customer. With so much competition you should do a better job and not cheap out on cheese. It's time for new management. I will report to Domino's franchise services. This happened at another pizza place and corporate got rid of the owner and brought in new management. I will say this is the single worst pizza I have ever had!!
