All was good. Only draw back was had to ask another server to get our servers attention to bring us a bill. The server was tided up in deep conversation with another table.

Very nice atmosphere and excellent service. The food was good quality. Very disappointed by the portion size. The crab cakes were very expensive and not worth $25 for one. The cheesecake with fresh berries barely had any berries, I was honestly expecting more. After $130 you should expect to be full, but neither my girlfriend or I were remotley full, and both left quite hungry. Like I said good service but did not feel like I got my moneys worth at all. Probably will not be going back.

I have been coming to Earls for years and almost always order the Feta Caper Salmon - which I did again on Friday, but was disappointed when the dish arrived and it did not have the sauce, but instead was replaced with a flavourless green puree sauce? I am not sure what it was, but it certainly was not what I expected. I understand that sometimes meals change, or an item is substituted, but when you have only 2 salmon dishes and you change one of them, I would assume the serve would you let know when you order. If this is a permanent change, I wont be ordering this again. It was bland and boring and changes the entire feel of this dish.Server was just alright. I think when he realized we were not ordering alcoholic drinks, he seemed to stay away, rarely coming to check on us or offer water refills, or anything.

My favorite spot, Nice pleasant staffMust try Santa Fe Chicken Salad. I also tried the Vegan Impossible burger with truffles fries and it was good.Lovely atmosphereOpen up to midnight, available mall parking spacesDownsides it’s A bit pricey and To-go orders take a long time to be preparedOverall, great place and would recommend to try and visit--------Update 2024- dine-in experiences continue to be excellent 5/5 -To go & delivery experience keeps getting worse and worse 0/5 in terms of delays and quality. Why it is called a Santa Fe chicken salad if it doesn't come with a chicken? Am I supposed to imagine it in the salad or something?Would still recommend visiting but not ordering for delivery or to go orders

No co-ordination between the server, kitchen and bar orders.

I will start by saying that our server, Katie, who served us Thurs April 25th at 10:30 is the only reason why this review will be positive in anyway, she truly saved the experience. To start, our group of 8 attempted to call the Earls on Maple Ave around 10:15 p.m. to see if they could accommodate us, knowing that Earl's closed at Midnight. We received no response after two calls, but a quick check on Google to see hours of operation confirmed they were indeed still open. UberEats was also allowing us to order online, so we went to the location.Half of our group arrived and were welcomed icily by the hostess. We informed her that we tried to call ahead, but no one answered. We told her we were looking for a table of 8. Immediately, she told us she would have to speak with her manager to confirm if we could be accommodated. To briefly describe our group to give perspective, we are a group of musical enthuthiasts who enjoy singing in a local group. We were dressed casually, and all fell within the ages of 25–40. While we can be loud, we are certainly not disruptive. We were clearly not a walk in bikergang. We found this shocking as it was still an hour and a half before closing, and there were still multiple other patrons in various stages of their experience throughout the whole restaurant. It was certainly not a "dead" evening. The hostess came back with the manager's verdict, which was that our group was unable to be accommodated. Slightly taken aback, we questioned further as to why. The restaurant was still open for an hour and a half, why couldn't we be served? She responded by saying that "the kitchen staff had mostly been cut and that we wouldn't be able to order food." Most of our party was impartial to eating and was looking just to have a beverage, so this wasn't necessarily a deal breaker on our end. We asked if we could just come in for drinks instead. The hostess begrudgingly walked back to wherever the manager was hiding. She came back a few minutes later and said that they would graciously accommodate us, but they could only do so under 2 conditions. 1) The bill couldn't be split 2) There would be a group gratuity. At this point, I felt that the restaurant was deliberately trying to vex us enough to leave. Splitting a bill is not hard. For a group of 8 who are ordering multiple apps, entrees, drinks, and deserts, I can see the convenience on the restaurants end. However, our intention was drinks and apps if we were even going to be allowed to order food. We replied that we would take the table.Side note: during this period two other two tops came in and were sat. Neither of these two groups of two were given any form of restriction and were sat immediately. We were told they would have to put the table together. This process, which involved placing a 'leaf' to combine tables, took I wish I was joking, 20 minutes. I have never been to a restaurant that has tried so hard to refuse paying customers. Having done 8 years in this market of business myself I found myself particularily irate.I get it; customers coming in late sucks. The group that comes in 20 minutes before closing should definitely expect modified service. This was not our case. This was clearly a manager wanting to be home early and placing the business' operations below their own needs and wants. Then Katie saved the day.We were sat and greeted by our server Katie wonderfully, for the first time in 45 minutes we felt welcome. Katie asked what we would like to have handing out menus and we timidly asked if we were allowed to order food which she responded immediately with  a "yes".The rest of the evening went as most outings to restaurants go. Katie provided fantastic service, again the only reason why this review has 5 stars in some areas. Also it was Katie who allowed us to try the food which was absolutely delicious. I hope this review reaches the manager but I'm hoping higher as the restaurant business is a bit of a gamble right now and you've got a manager trying to c

It’s April 2024 and I am updating this review originally I listed it for one star due to a poor experience since then I’ve had a few more experiences that have been positive lead to believe that the below review could be an isolated incident. In transparency, I’m writing this forward so everyone knows That my experience has improved, but my initial review will still stand below as I do not believe in deleting past reviews.I order on Uber and waited 2 hours and after 2 hours at 10pm they canceled it and said they were closed. Very unprofessional and these ppl should treat customers better. The manager should be fired for doing such a poor job running this place. Update 2024 I’ve since eaten here many times I will tell you it is really good food but this particular day I had a very bad experience. I will give it another try and re-review it soon.

I have been here so many times before. A big no!!!! Please don’t waste ur money. They serve cold food. Chefs are so unhygienic their dreses are worst and dirtiest they make food with those dirty uniforms and aprons. Should have give them 0 stars.

Cozy and cute location! The food was delicious but not the most filling. Very wide variety of food, however, and not too expensive for such beautifully curated dishes. Definitely recommend for a date night or a fun hangout. The service was not the fastest, but our server was nice, so it wasn't too bad of a wait.

Payton was a very great server. We went here for my boyfriend’s coworkers birthday party. It was a table of 9 and we were all served professionally and promptly. Special thank you to Heloma the guest experience manager. She made sure our accommodations were special! I highly recommend to friends and family for any occasion. Thank you.Parking: It’s attached the mall so plenty of free parking. Not sure about overnight parking…
